I purchased two monitors. They were on backorder and took a little while to get to me. One of the monitors came with a 2 inch scratch on the screen. Needing two monitors, I contacted the seller and told them about the issue. They said they can not replace. I would have to purchase another and then return the defective on. I placed another order and of course, they were backordered again. I contacted the seller and asked if my return window could be extended because I am still waiting for the second monitor. They said it could not. I finally got the second monitor in and it's horrible. There is a yellow hue to the screen! It's unacceptable and extremely annoying to work with. I'm going to return them both and look for another company to buy monitors from. Stay away from this one!!!! ... show more

    • Avoid! Terrible Picture Quality - Everything Washed Out
I suspect this monitor was built by a 3rd party manufacturer with a licensing agreement to slap Samsung's name on it (other, more expensive Samsung monitors & TVs I have owned in the past have been fantastic). I ordered the monitor because it was relatively inexpensive, but wish I had delved into the reviews a bit more. Picture quality of this monitor is very poor, everything looks washed out. Try as I might, adjusting the color, contrast and brightness on the monitor....or fine tuning adjustments in the Nvidia control panel, I could not improve picture quality to an acceptable level. Even for business use, I don't think this monitor would be a good fit. It's inexpensive for a reason. ... show more

Used as second screen for laptop. Easy to set up and use. Picture quality and resolution is ok, but adjustments are not easy to make as the controls are on the back of the monitor so you cannot see the both the controls and the screen at the same time.

After 3 months of normal use, the monitor just crapped out on me. Won't connect to my laptop or the docking station. Double checked everything: laptop is fine, docking station is fine. Monitor is a piece of crap. What a waste of money. Buy another brand.

I gave only 3 stars because of the false description for this new monitor I received yesterday. But the monitor complete set up was under 10 minutes, super easy, no tools needed, all the cords , equipment, perfectly packaged. Very happy with this monitor, for sure.
