    • Initially Perfect in Every Way, Except...
Conditions: 75 deg F ambient temp. 45% humidity. Everyday normal use. Medium/Large size hands. Right hand dominant. Initial reaction: The fitment is perfect--it snaps right into place with zero flaws. The quality is high--it's very nice to the touch. With this material, I can see it being a bit slip sensitive under colder and/or dryer conditions, such as how your hands may get in the winter (less than 40 deg F weather). Protection & Durability are questionable. I have not dropped it on a hard surface yet, but can only imagine at the right angle and amount of force, this case may not provide critical protection where and when it matters. This case may provide minimal to average protection at best, but where it has it's pros is in the design, comfort, and style. Durability is another feature that may be easily compromised due the material texture. After only a week of normal use, I found at least one corner to show a slight wear that appears it has rubbed against something or may have been scratched. Of course the corners would make sense to be the first to show wear, but I can see the look of this beautiful case will age as quickly as it is being used. ... show more

There are many good cases available for phones. I really love Spigen cases. However, I still believe that the manufacturers that make the phones make the best cases for said phones ex: Samsung and Apple

    • No front protection
The title of this ad said that it included both back and front protection. That is incorrect. There is no front protection included whatsoever, just the standard case. This is why I have it a 1. I do like the rear case, and feel like the cutouts and buttons were done extremely well. However, in the absence of a front cover, screen protector, etc I feel like I definitely overpaid. Also, it took over a week to arrive, which is nerve wracking when you have a new phone. ... show more

Great phone. One drawback when buying here and not from Verizon is that Volte video calls will not work to other Verizon phones. You will have to use a third party app like Duo for video calls (not as good).
