I had this same phone and cracked the screen. Unfortunately the cost of fixing the screen was pretty high. This phone has been my favorite so far and I had no issues. Popped in my sim and it started right up!

When I got my phone yesterday, nothing that the seller said would be with it was there except the power supply and an adapter. What I was sent wasn’t worth the rather large amount of money that I paid. The phone ish working and that is truly the only positive feedback I have.

Not sure about this phone. It is refurbished (first one I've ever bought). It came on perfect condition. NO original charger. Only got phone & charger. No BTS stuff either- ad stated yes- oh well. Phone beautiful color, but has done constant updates & you can't stop them. To much purple on screen- but I'm guessing this is for BTS. Never had samsung before. I don't like how one page you swipe up- next is left. Doesn't seem consistent in trying to find things. Can't figure out if I am burning thru my minutes or not when away from house. Old phone I would switch over to connect to internet- this I have had to do it sometimes but it takes forever to connect. The bottom of screen buttons for home & go back seem to close to keyboard &/or very sensitive. A lot of times I accidentally touch & leave what page I'm on ir typing. Not impressed with pix quality. Battery life seems really good, BUT phone charger gets very hot when charging & phone. Also phone gets hot after long usage. So potentially a huge problem with lithium battery. ... show more

I was curious why there were no reviews in 2022. This phone got delivered very quickly, but the condition of the screen was fair at best. I was expecting excellent condition. There are a few sellers for this model, but mine did not response to a replacement request. An Amazon rep said they would try to reach out to them. I love when it I got it but the only issue I had is that it came broken and had to send it to samsung to get it fix but other than that good.sadly it didn't came with the box.
