    • Like New. Battery Life is Outstanding
I have made a couple of Samsung Phone purchases in the past, both renewed. This renewed premium is the best so far, but none have been a disappointment. The battery does appear to be brand new, as the phone when charged for the first time was at 0% charge, and it took about 2 hours to fully charge using an older 1.5 A USB-A cell phone charger. Samsung Smart Switch app copied over everything I needed, and the phone went through at least 7 or 8 updates (Android 11 to 12 and security patches) before it was done. All that occurred once I moved the Xfinity Mobile SIM and SD card into the S20. Fantastic phone for the money. Highly recommended but only if you can get it for the $260 I paid for it. I do get 5G speed with Xfinity, but not the UW bands like the S20 UW model would get. Thanks, Amazon for the great deal and phone! ... show more

    • Sweet phone for a sweet price!
My trusty LG V30+ started dropping connections, thought it was my wifi, replaced it, same thing happened. Since it had expandable storage, headphone jack, wireless charging, and a great DAC, I checked around for something as close to it as I could find, settled on this Premium renewed S20 (which at the time was half the price of what they are going for currently).     • They sent me a locked phone and didn't give the pin.
The media could not be loaded. It looks like a great phone but it wasn't reset... so I can't get into the phone. The phone came with a password already on it, I looked everywhere in the box and papers to see if they left it in. Not the case, so now I can't set up my new phone

I bought this item because it was out of stock on Samsung site. It came with a charging cable but no charging box. Amazon offered me a 15 dollar gift card. But the Samsung charging box for this model phone is 40 dollars or so. They could have just sent me the charging box or a gift card of the same value. I ended up using the gift card to buy a fanny pack because that's what it would cover. ... show more

smaller phone than our other galaxy 20 5g FE. It was almost size of Galaxy S7. hope new cover fits, it hasn't shipped yet. otherwise it's an OK phone. We'll see how long it lasts.

    • Received Defective Phone
The phone I received was defective (Amazon Renewed Premium). The phone's battery will not charge. I returned the phone but had to wait a very long time to get my refund. I called and spoke to Amazon representative and he assured me that I will get my refund and said he will call me back in one week but he never did call me back. After spoken to that Representative, my account order no longer indicates that the phone was returned and I was unable to check the status of my refund. I had to call Amazon again and requested to speak to a supervisor before Amazon processed my refund. If the phone was inspected properly, I would not have received a defective phone. ... show more
