I recently got a new Samsung Galaxy S20 phone, and I'm really happy with it. I've been using it for a week now, and I've had no problems. The phone is fast, the camera is great, and the battery life is excellent. I'm especially impressed with the phone's design. It's sleek and stylish, and it feels really good in my hand. The phone is also very durable. The camera on the phone is amazing. It takes clear, sharp photos, even in low light. I've also been impressed with the video quality. The phone can record 4K video, and it looks great. The battery life on the phone is also excellent. I can easily get a full day of use out of it, even with heavy use. I've also been impressed with the phone's fast charging capabilities. The phone can go from 0% to 100% in just over an hour. Overall, I'm really happy with my new Samsung Galaxy S20 phone. I purchased this phone to replace my K51 that drowned. I wanted a phone that would charge on the wireless charging station on my desk and I had a budget in mind. The Samsung Galaxy S20 fit the bill. The phone arrived and I placed my Tello mobile sim card in the tray. The first thing I noticed is that the sim tray only had a single slot so no room for my SD card. I did look online and it appears that these phones most generally come with a dual card tray, so I guess I will try ordering one at some point. I turned the phone on and received a message that my phone didn't have a verizon sim card so I could only use it for wifi calling. I decided that I'd try setting up the phone and then will contact verizon to see if they can unlock it. By the time I got finished setting up the phone the problem resolved itself and my Tello sim card was working perfectly. No issues and a great price. That's a win for me. ... show more

I would NEVER EVER buy a renew product from RE CELL again. Here’s why. When you buy the “RENEW product”, you have no idea what was the original issue that necessitated the phone return. No way to effectively test to verify that it had been properly repaired. What is the true age of the phone, or the original activation date, which determines your factory warranty. You may not realize the tight return window the seller allows. As in my case miss and it, and you are doomed. RE CELL was most insensitive and inflexible and they took 5 days to respond with an absolute denial of any help, offer an apology much less help me offset the cost of a replacement. I told them of my personal misfortune, acknowledged my negligence in not realizing the return window, and my inability to prove the functionality of the phone because of me current condition. May 2021 - I paid a total of $513.00 for the “renew” Samsung S-20. I enabled Wi-Fi calling as most carriers suggest. Because of a severe illness I only leave home once per month for chemotherapy. That’s when I discovered that the phone only made calls via the Wi-Fi NOT using the cellular network as it should. After days troubleshooting with my carrier, replacing the SIM card the phone did not work. The local Samsung vendor ultimately diagnosed the issue as a defect with main board. I am in the process of appealing to Samsung to see if I can get any relief. No thanks to RE CELL who could have demonstrated good customer service, by offering me some a reduction on a replacement or the least point me in the direction of alternatives. I am DISAPOINTED with this seller. Hope I can write something more positive about my experience with Samsung's treatment. UPDATE::;;Samsung did right by me. They repaired the phone, even took care of cosmetic defects at NO COST to me. Way to go Samsung. ... show more

For me, this phone arrived looking brand-new, without any scuffs or visible damage. The phone was completely unlocked and also not a "UW" version. Nothing was broken, and the phone is awesome so far! One minor issue is that the phone did not come with a SIM removal tool like the Amazon description says it will. This phone is amazing, and especially for the low price tag of 300 dollars (discounted 700 dollars from the original retail price!). The seller who fulfilled my purchase was RenuDeals. Edit: The back panel appears to be not glued on securely, and is ever so slightly coming off on one side. I might have to look into how to fix that. Update: After using this device for over a year, I can say that this was and still is a very good deal, especially with the price decreasing a further 100 dollars from when I bought it a year ago. But with renewed devices, there are some flaws. As mentioned in the edit above, the back panel does not seem to be glued on fully, but if you get a case that isn't an issue (which you should anyway, considering the phone is entirely made of glass). The camera is blurry which I think is due to the slightly noticeable smudge on the inside of the glass covering the cameras. Besides these two issues though, this is probably better than getting a cheap modern phone for the same price, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great phone. Another note, anyone who owns this device should definitely go into the settings app and turn on high motion smoothness in Settings -> Display -> Motion Smoothness. It's definitely worth the battery hit and for some reason not turned on by default. If you'd like to save battery you can always turn down the resolution to HD+ in Display -> Screen Resolution. Finally got my S20 unlocked and I love it, works great and it's in excellent condition. That is after a very lengthy return/refund process because I had to return my original ordered where I was wrongly sent an AT&T phone instead of the unlocked phone I had ordered. It boggles the mind that they can ship you a phone in only a few days but it takes over a week to return said phone if there's a problem. ... show more
