Notice in the description that the phone is actually called "s20 PLUS 5G" as opposed to, "s20 plus5g" I found the description a little confusing. When I searched for a case and screen covers, I searched for s20 5g, and ended up buying the wrong ones that I had to return. I really like this phone, and know that at the price it won't compete with the new flagships, but who cares? If you're looking for a phone that just does what it's supposed to do at a reasonable price you've certainly found the right phone. The only thing I dislike is the Samsung password manager and bloatware. I wish I trusted myself more, because I would certainly root this phone and be 100%, pleased with it. ... show more

RENEWED... not new , not like new This one came in a Renewed box by Amazon. The previous 2 I purchased came in a plain white box. This one shows some wear on the top of the phone as seen in pic. 3.. not a problem as it will be in a protective case and not seen. It did come with a basic cheap charger as seen in pic. 4 I did notice when I powered it on that it has a very slight ghosting of the home screen buttons in the main screen. I can live with this ad it's not that noticeable. Hopefully, it works well as the previous 2 had problems. Major ghosting and microphone issues. I was worried after some reviews stated their phones either had no protection in shipping or were damaged. I was happy when mine arrived in bubble wrap in a small cardboard box. When I examined the phone I couldn't find a single defect, and I mean there wasn't a speck, scratch, or even a fingerprint on this thing! Even held sideways under bright sunlight there are absolutely zero imperfections! I'm still waiting for my SIM to arrive from my carrier, but all other functionality seems flawless so far. Ok. So I got this phone while I was on vacation, u only charged it twice during the period. After reaching home I realize it wasn't charging and the drama begins. I reach out to amazan, the rep who delt with me was very understanding, but the problem was I couldn't send it back because it was costing me a lot and then to get it back through custom would be another big charge. So I I'm stuck with it, have to wait 8 to 13 hours for it to charge and sometimes turning it off. I've bought refurbished phones before and it work well, very good by the was, just don't know what happen with this one. ... show more

July 5th: Super powerful phone, battery isn't all that great but I got mine in "good" condition so that's to be expected. Screen is flawless, extremely fast, and arrived 2 days early. This is only the second day of having the phone, (the day it was planned to arrive) so I may update later on. I have not tried any facial recognition or fingerprint scanning yet so I can't rate those features Update August 10th : battery life is actually amazing with the adaptive battery setting turned on, it lasts me about 3 days on a single charge to 85%, with the battery protection feature on. The case I'm using has a screen protector built in so I get very minimal air flow to cool the phone, but it doesn't generate much heat anyway unless I'm playing intense games like PUBG or ARK. In total it takes about half an hour to charge from 5% to 85 with a 33 watt charger, wireless charging is a complete joke saying it will be about 2 hours from 20% to full, 8 hours later its at 32%, but that might be the fact that I'm using a super cheap wireless charger ... show more
