Phone came in absolutely flawless condition. Excellent Price. Unlocked, as stated. Simply put my sim card in and although I think this was originally an att phone, it booted up as T-Mobile (I have Walmart family plan, which uses T-mobile service but isnt technically T-Mobile). Phone came super fast and on time. Only one issue that I cant seem to rectify is that the S-pen "wont connect." The S-pen still works just fine with the phone but for some reason it wont connect. Does not effect functionality of s-pen or use of S-pen with the phone. I still use the S-pen as I did with my Note 8 so I'm not sure what "wont connect" means or if there are any additional features I'm missing if it would "connect." So I dont really see this as an outstanding issue or problem to remove any stars from my rating. I'm sure there is a way to fix this, however, I'm not very tech savvy. Thank You to the seller for selling an excellent product at a great price!!!!! ... show more

Beware in buying this phone. It only has a 30 day warranty so after that you are out of luck. I found out the hard way

Great phone, but since it was an international phone, it will not sync to U.S. vehicles or security systems.

    • It is not reading sim or not unclocked for verizon
The item looks good small scarhes on the screen but it is not fully unlocek or sim is not reading i tries 2 daya but it is not working with verizon and than the spen is not orginal Battry is not that good it finish so quicly, and charging take long time with fast charger so i will return it.
