Ordering a referb phone is a crapshoot. So good customer service is super important. I ordered a Note 20, the cheapest "Excellent Condition" one I could. Big mistake! It showed up with heavy scuffs on the back and all four sides. I sent it back the same day it arrived and got a refund but I still needed a phone asap. So I did a little seller feedback research and read a ton a customer comments. I ended up asking the seller GreenTech, a few questions about their phones after they were the quickest to respond and extremely helpful and polite. Felt good about our conversation and ordered a Note 20 from them. Showed up on time and in Like New condition and holds a charge wonderfully. Totally recommend those guys. They may have a little lower rating but clearly they're trying to better their company. Im extremely happy with my "new" phone and the seller. Came Network Locked to att along with all their bloatware.(Still Fighting With That) Battery Life is garbage but having done my research I expected that. Actual model number I recieved is SM-N981U. All in I love this phone and highly recomend it if purchased from anyone but the liars at amazon that is. Screen is cracked now sadly but it did take a beating for 8 months and still hanging in there. Finger print reader is the best I ever used. The camera is ok for some reason I really preffered the camera on my S10+ over this one ... show more
