  • It takes nice pictures and video's day or night
I am absolutely in love with it. The phone is sleek, fast, and has a long lasting battery. The 128GB of storage is more than enough for my needs. Additionally, the phone is great for gaming and has an amazing display. All in all, this phone is well worth the price!

  • Well worth every penny spent.
It may be me or the screen protector I bought but it won't read my fingerprints, tells me push harder, cover the whole sensor etc...I have big fingers so it's not like I'm not covering the whole thing already. Also I'm used to reader being on the back so may just need more practice. I just switched it to face instead and roll it off. Battery was better on my moto g7 but it charges quickly. The watch DOES NOT have a way to charge. Also no instructions with it. If I hadn't spent hours on Google trying to find a manual 😅 I would have never known it was wireless chargeable through my phone. Who knew, tech these days are still out of sight of what we had man. Anyway I digress. The phone is as advertised, simply beautiful. It's authentic with all the numbers matching and such. ... show more

  • Great phone - probably too many cameras
Great phone. Tmobile charged $10 for a sim card then moved all my files to the new phone. I really like the note feature but havent tried all the features yet. I like the screen size and the location of the on/off and volume buttons is much improved. Most of my heartburn has related to the current version of android, not the hardware. ... show more

  • Flawed, but stylish and high performance
Overall this phone is above average. There are a few things that I would like to see improved in future Galaxy Note models. 1) More accurate face recognition and fingerprint unlock. Don't get me wrong it works above average, but it is still not as described. I originally bought a screen protector for this phone and was using face recognition for my security lock, but I had to find different lighting and angles just for it to recognize me. I tried recapturing my face, but still there was no change. For those reasons I had to switch to the fingerprint instead which is why I am giving it 3 stars. 2) So the second problem I have is with the fingerprint sensor. You're probably wondering why didn't I use the fingerprint to begin with, right? Well, the reason I chose not to was because you cannot have a screen protector and use the fingerprint sensor. The only screen protectors that somewhat work, emphasis on somewhat, are ones that have a thumb print cut out in them which not only leave my phone screen vulnerable but it also takes away from the allure of a flagship phone. Another problem is that the fingerprint sensor isn't so "ultrasonic". I have to reposition my thumb typically three times before it will even read my fingerprint. I have tried redoing my fingerprint and using different fingers, there is no difference. And yes, at times, it reads my fingerprint the first time. I had an LG Stylo 5 before this and the fingerprint sensor which was NOT ultrasonic was faster and more accurate than that of the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G. It's also worth noting that the LG Stylo 4 can be bought at $100, which again goes back to the allure of a flagship phone. I expect more for $800. So now my phone is completely vulnerable and if the screen breaks I'm looking at paying about $300 to replace it, which is about 40% of the cost of the phone. You will need a good phone case, preferably a hybrid that has a raised top. For this reason I give the fingerprint sensor 1 star. Performance-wise this phone exceeds average. I can do multiple things on the phone without any kind of lag which I depend on with my job. Note that this phone does not have split screen. Also there is NO option for expandable storage. And of course this phone come with bloatware which leaves you with about 80gb. So worth the money? Yes because of performance and physical appearance, but also no because of the fingerprint sensor, face recognition, non expandable storage, bloatware, and non split screen. I do love the phone, I am just disappointed that it lacks the depth of the average "flagship" phone. Would I recommend? Yes if you can deal with all the negatives and want a high performance, okay picture quality, pretty good Stylus that is built in, and overall beautiful physical appearance. This phone is not worth $800 dollars though. I believe this phone is worth about $550 based on the hardware and physical build. Oh and the back is plastic lol... Come on Samsung, really? ... show more

  • No sd card its the note20!!
I just got my phone today, from Amazon saving about 400-700 by buying it used. Not even a crack on the screen!! For those saying this is not the note 20, it is or mine was Anyway. I am a full samsung user for phones. Some of the best as they have a secure folder 📂 feature which I love. I've had the note 3, 9, 20, ultra. I was able to fully charge my phone in about 2hr today but didn't use the cable it came with as I had one from Anker. This was a very fast charge compared too other phones I've had. Regarding some of the comments too buy it somewhere else, you'll probably lay more money for it but one advantage of doing soo is you might not be able to trade it in at Samsung but maybe t-mobile will. I wanted this phone mostly for the notes app features which I like. The way you know its a 20 is unfortunately there is no sd card this is one thing I did like about smasung phones which they seem to be following Apple by taking away. ... show more

  • Worth it trust me!
It came in supper fast. Was in perfect condition! I love it so so much! The camera is sick!! It was scary to get off here, bc I read bad reviews but honestly best way to buy a new phone 100% recommend!! All i had to to do to get it connected to my network was put in my sim card and bam.. There is only 1 thing so far that I do not like and it really just comes down to a personal preference. When ever you use the keyboard voice to type for you it doesn't seem to pick up or have that well of accuracy. That was the only thing I liked about my old phone was I used that all the time and I kinda miss that but the keyboard on this phone is so nice you don't even need the voice. :) ... show more
