I bought three of these Monitors for my business in Jan 2021. Started using them in March 2021 and now in June 2022, two of them are showing a blank screen with flashing LEDs. This is crazy coming from a Samsung product. Now I’m feeling like I’m just waiting for the last one to go bad. I have to get on to Samsung and I hope they honor their 3-yr warranty. ... show more

Everything you read about this monitor indicates that it has the option for portrait orientation. Turns out it does not despite the manual stating that it does. What a terrible waste of time and money.

    • Bought 8 of them for business operation. All 8 died within the year.

We got all 8 TVs repaired under warranty this year. The motherboard fails after constant use. We are now at our 10th failure. Since the warranty is expired they are now going to the trash. Waste of 6400$.

I have the Monitor hooked to an Intel NUC (Core I5) in my Living room. It hooked right up and seamlessly connected with the NUC. Supports both my PC and Blu-Ray video/audio streams. The picture quality is crystal clear with super sharp edge on the fonts (Go Win 11Pro). If you are looking for a superior Multimedia display then seriously give it your consideration. ----- The only isssue I experienced was the monitor did not include the Bolts needed to attach it to my free-standing VESA TV stand. I had to order them the next day for an additional $10. All four (4) VESA 200 mounting holes are on the back of the monitor which is hard to see in the provided pictures; but they are there and proper "weight bearing" attachment points. ... show more
