DO NOT BUY THIS WITH THE SOFTWARE BUNDLE!!! You will not get an activation code for the OfficeSuite even when you contact the seller. You get fake phone numbers that connect you to no one. Amazon help also gives you numbers that do not work. The other items in the software bundle provide you with activation codes but they are only for a trial period. To keep using the software you have to purchase additional license after you spent an additional $300 for this monitor with the software. Again....DO NOT BUY THIS WITH THE SOFTWARE BUNDLE....It is fake advertising at best and fraud at worst!!!!

I was a bit leery of buying this after reading other reviews talking about issues they had, but its been over 6 months and mine is still working perfectly! to get the best experience you have to have a device with HDMI 2.0 or DisplayPort 2.), which I do not currently have so I look forward to an even better picture once I upgrade something else!

It has come to my attention that numerous instances have occurred where large television screens and computer screens have been damaged during shipping due to inadequate handling. Even my neighbor reported that an individual handling the heavy loads dropped the device on the step, but this was not the cause of the damage. I do not intend to imply any wrongdoing on your part. The Samsung Odyssey G9 is fantastic—amazing display quality, refresh rate, and curve. However, the included TechSmart USA software bundle has been a nightmare. It took two days just to get the username and password, and I still haven’t received the activation key. I’ve had to contact Amazon, Beach Camera, and the software provider multiple times, and it’s been very disappointing. If you’re considering this bundle. fastforward date sep 1 2025 i still have not recived the software code. im pissed off, this company receive from me a WHOPPING MINUS ------- 5 STARS.
