  • very good use
I bought this screen and have been using it for 3 days now, the image quality seems very good but I don't know if it will burn easily in the future. Many people talk about this problem when using oled screens after a few years or months.

  • Great monitor for bang for the buck (especially when its on sale)
Honestly, it's way thinner than I thought it would be. Extremely beautiful and easy to install (Tip:I would connect the cables at the back first prior to placing onto table if you don't have much room to work with because it's extremely difficult to get to the back of it for how big it is). It's also lighter than I thought it would be which makes it easier to move it around. Usage:Amazing, instantly saw the difference when changing from IPS to OLED. I dont think I will ever go back to other panel. No issues so far, I did have to update the firmware to be able to enable gsync(has to be done with usb since it doesnt do it with internet. It does come with a usb a to usb c cable so you can be able to connect it to update the firmware). Extremely smooth and no flickering issues. I would definitely recommend it for a super ultrawide monitor especially when its on a sale. Another thing that took me a while to notice is that you have to click in the middle of the control for the monitor itself to bring up the rest of the menu. ... show more

  • Monitor thats nice on the eyes
Outstanding product, got this one because I'm gonna be real I don't play competitive FPS games and most of the TRIPLE a's aren't going past 200 frames for me, usually up to 150. The color pops, You feel immersed, and the oled is beautiful. Also don't have to worry about Tizen

  • Light weight for such a large monitor
I have the original version of this monitor, which is huge in both size and weight. This one, on the other hand, is much smaller and lighter despite being the same screen size. The thinness is quite amazing, but that’s the beauty of OLED. Not only is it light, but it gives incredible picture quality and color accuracy. I put the monitor on an VESA arm using the included VESA adapter, which works beautifully. Setting it up was a breeze. If there’s one complaint I have for this monitor, it would be that I thought it would be a bit brighter, given that it is QD-OLED. It is decently bright, but does not approach that of Samsung’s QD-OLED televisions. One thing to note is that the monitor ships in ECO mode, so make sure to turn that off to make sure you can maximize brightness. Another issue is that I wish it had more ports. I don’t see much utility in a micro-HDMI port, though I do find the HDMI and DisplayPort ports to be very useful. HDMI 2.1 is a bonus, being superior to the 2.0 standard. There are no USB 2.0 ports, which makes it harder to plug in items such as mice and keyboards, which mostly tend to have USB 2.0 cables. I would have preferred to have 2.0 ports instead of USB-C ports. The difference between this monitor and its more expensive siblings is the maximum refresh rate of 144Hz instead of 240Hz on the higher end models. Very few games I’ve found can maintain higher refresh rates consistently, so 144Hz doesn’t bother me. I’m not sure I could tell the difference between 144Hz and 240Hz anyway. The cost savings for the lower refresh rate is pretty significant. Having G-Sync and FreeSync Premium Pro is an excellent feature to prevent screen tearing. One thing to note is that the curve on this monitor is significantly slighter than the older models, which had 1000R curves. This one has a less aggressive 1800R. I do like the slighter curve since it distorts less on non-gaming applications. ... show more

  • Super Ultrawide lovers only
Great for the price! It's really long, oled and glossy. Be warned, it is the purest form of super ultrawide. It is low on vertical height. As well the resolution is lower than I'd like, but for what you pay you're not getting any better

  • Truly Awesome Monitor-Great Work Monitor
Been using the monitor for over a month and I remain impressed. Pros: Brightness, ability to see blacks or darker backgrounds in videos (think "The Expanse" first season). Pros: Can fit 4 windows that you can easily use for work. Each window is sufficiently large enough. Pros: Attaching a streaming device along with your computer workstation. I attached a Roku 4K stick and had awesome movie viewing. This was while it was my main computer monitor. I was able to preview the true 4K Roku video while bypassing the somewhat weak video card in my PC. Pros: Refresh rate was more than adequate for me. Pros: SWR Listening: I am also using this for my SDRconnect software. The big gorilla display really helps to see everything that the folks at SDRplay provides you with their software. Enough space for a QRZ window next to the SDRconnect. Cons: Wish it had a few more HDMI and Displayport ports. Cons: Wish I had another! I have been using this primarily for business/work and can display 4 windows that are easy to see and are useful. I was going to purchase 2 or 3 newer Samsung monitors and was fortunate enough to order this one instead. Makes cabling and power far easier than multiple monitors. No issues with the curved monitor for working, in fact it makes it easier on the eyes and brain. Next actions: I'm ordering MSFS 2024 and cannot wait! The last time I used Flight Simulator was in the 90's. I am NOT a gamer, but this may make me somewhat of one. I have been building my pc's for myself and wife since the 90's. I have a good knowledge of hardware and good skills in writing software (started writing programs in the 70's-Fortran, Pascal, Basic, Assembly, HTML, Javascript, Visual Basic, etc.). This monitor requires a far better video card than the one I am using adn that is why I attached the Roku 4K stick to get a preview. I plan on upgrading the video card soon, so I can get smacked by the screens in MSFS 2024-cannot wait! I'll update. ... show more
