  • Great Smart Monitor
This monitor is great for my use. I’d love to see the gaming performance on a PC. I use it for my PS5 Pro and smart features for streaming apps. It has an Internet search app as well. It’s compatible with Bixby and Alexa. I really like this monitor because it reminds me of my Q80C Samsung tv. The AI enhanced technology helps improve the quality of content as well. The color and sharpness are very good. It may require some tweaking of the colors and brightness but it’s great right out the box. If you’re looking for a mini smart tv/monitor, this is the one! If you’re solely looking for a monitor, this one might not be the best because you may be required to adjust the start up settings. Maybe LG OLED or alternative Samsung OLED monitor. The refresh rates are really good but haven’t been tested to its full capabilities since console gaming is limited to 4K 120hz and the value might be best when it’s on a discount/reduced price. Everyone loves savings though! There are a ton of great features to preserve the screen panel and improve the longevity of the monitor. After a few minutes of being idle, it goes into a screensaver mode and has really cool color function on the back of the monitor. The screen panel has a 36month/3 year OLED burn in warranty and all parts are also covered for 36 months. • Absolute Disaster of a Monitor
My previous monitor was a 3k asus mini-led gaming monitor. Which was great and served me well. However after a few years of hardcore use it was starting to have some pixel degradation. So I opted to go for an OLED option. An samsung QD-OLED no less which is supposed to be the begin all end all. Needless to say its an absolute disaster. Let me start with some pros/cons Pros: -Great picture quality (when it works) -Crazy fast refresh rate (when you can get it to work past 60hz) -Nice finish and look Cons: -Constant disconnects on displayport -HDMI 2.1 is awful on my 4090, pictures are muted and I cannot get brightness up for some reason -Constant disconnects on HDMI -Ridiculously terrible annoying samsung OS -Cant disable samsung smart stuff -When asleep and waking wont go direct to desktop, have to use remote to get to desktop So Im am what I would consider a power user. I have a 7970x threadripper, 128gb ddr5 RDram, 4090 and 3 monitors in total. This in the middle flanked by two 27" monitors. Even my more budget 27" monitors put this thing to shame. The color, brightness, tone and RGB is just awful. Ive have tried everything to get it to work, high end overpriced DP cables (tried 8 of them, over 200 bucks worth) many HDMI cables (6 in total). Tried different ports on the 4090, changed settings in nvidia software, literally everything. It just simply is awful. It will always black out at some point for 10-30 seconds than magically reappear. Nothing I can do will solve this. The only solution I can find that solves the muted colors, disconnect, poor color and what not is lowering the refresh rate to 60hz. I paid a lot of money for something that has a 240hz refresh rate. My previous asus was at 144hz. This is a huge step down. Ive not purchased another asus 32" mini-led and just said goodbye to my expensive monitor paper weight. I cant say Ive been this disappointed in a purchase in as far back as I can remember. I would avoid this thing like the plague, its truly a terrible version of the QD-OLED that are supposed to be the best ... show more

  • Monitor is just the best.
I am not using Smart TV functions but Monitor is perfect for gaming, but things you need to know is, that I bought Used - Like new and Display port cable was missing.. but I bought it almost 40% cheaper, so all good.. now I am using another DP and it works pretty well. Color accuracy is realy good too. I have tried qd-oled Dell alienware too with 360 hz vs Samsung 360 hz both qd-oled, but samsung is much better overal. Also I have tested a lot to fix vrr flickers on 3 oled monitors.. 2 of them were Samsung with VRR control and this function does nothing, it gives you same stutters as to turn off Free sync or G-sync. so I think VRR control is just useless.. now I can say that this is best monitor at the moment, next I am waiting for Samsung odyssey with Dual-wide 32:9, 57 inch, 240 hz, UHD, Qd-oled monitor 3:) ... show more

  • Don't buy this. Not worth the Money, Severe Software problems!
I've had this monitor for some months now and i will say this monitor is HORRIBLE! The software is TERRIBLE! I want a monitor not a mini smart TV, Constant bloatware, data tracking, all sorts of nonsense you will never use... Cant set refresh rate to 240Hrz unless you enable gamer mode. WHY? Monitor likes to flash black at least 1 time after first power on randomly. VERY ANNOYING! All the updates and nothing seems to fix the issues. Latest software update introduced a new bug where I need to turn off and re-enable gamer mode to get 240Hrz or else it defaults to 120Hrz and WILL NOT let you go high in 4k without reducing your resolution to 1440p WHY?! $1000 for this CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!! That aside, the panel, color, and quality of the screen is amazing, but something needs to be done with the horrible software of this monitor. I would suggest people buy Asus or some other brand that has a monitor and for a mini-"smart" TV. Now its long after return date and I am stuck with this thing. I kpet it hoping Samsung would by now release some patches to fix it, but after 3 updates, nothing is fixed, just adds more bloat features. ... show more

  • great screens, terrible software and support
amazing monitors, but using two of them with Windows 11 will result in frequent swapping each boot and wakeup, where the monitors will shut on and off repeatedly. sometimes turning one off then on fixes it, sometimes cable swapping back and forth fixes it, and sometimes it really is a pain because nothing fixes it, it's a crapshoot. I feel a little crazy keeping them with this issue, but they really do look that good. Samsung suggested sending them in, but I suggest to Samsung that they write new drivers and firmware for their product, since that's where the issue lies ... show more
