Wanted to get the 49 inch but this one is so beautiful. Screen is amazing, build quality feels perfected. Refresh rate is so smooth even if I am not getting the full 500hz, it still feels like it. Definitely worth the money. Tune the colors right in the settings, its amazing.

Button on the back breaks very very easily, then they say its not covered under warranty because its user error and refuse to cover it. Instead they try to get you to have a tech come out to confirm the problem and if they say its not covered under warranty, you now have to pay the tech for their time AND the cost of the fix. Even on their own website it has reviews about this issue and they refuse to take the blame. Calling customer service will have you in a continous loop of asking for supervisors who are conviently always too busy. Do not buy this or the extended coverage. I just opened this product Less than an hour ago, and right out of the box it came with a BROKEN power button. It was totally misaligned, so you are unable to move the joystick control downwards, only up and to the sides. After looking online for a fix, I came across countless people experiencing issues with the power button breaking within the first month of LIGHT use. Also, forget about Samsung’s customer service, they are useless. If I were you, I’d take your money elsewhere, I’ll probably give LG or MSI a shot. ... show more
