OVERALL: This is a decent curved monitor, screen looks nice, easy to assemble, some minor drawbacks. Good Value. Background: I am using this monitor to hook up to my mini computer and my Nintendo Switch. This is my second curved monitor that I have owned. Both have been Samsung monitors as my first one was wonderful but got damaged in a flood. So when I was going to set up a new workstation I default went to Samsung to replace my old Samsung. I found this monitor and ordered it quickly. Shipping was fast and it came in undamaged. The Good: Monitor was easy to set up. It is a good size. Screen looks good. The Neutral/Bad: Monitor boasts a 100 hrtz refresh rate. While this is fine for my needs (switch and basic computing) this is probably not good enough for a heavy gamer or someone dealing with advanced graphics. The monitor only has 01 HDMI input. I find this annoying and I have to buy a HDMI switch in order to switch between my nintendo and my computer. The Monitor does not have built in speakers. My last one had built in speakers and I was spoiled with that simple feature. Overall if you are looking for a basic curved monitor with decent specs, I believe this is a good candidate. However if you are looking for something with the most advanced refresh rates and multiple HDMI inputs, you may want to look a tier or two up. The monitor is great for what I need it for. I WFH and go to school online so I need a monitor that was not laggy and had decent specs. This fit all of the needs I had and got it at a good price for Amazon Prime Day so that was a bonus! Just a few things to note, it does not have a built in camera (which is fine as I didn’t need one) and it does not have built in speakers (again fine didn’t need as my other monitor has all of that). A few things I would change if I could would be the ability to adjust it up or down or even have the ability it tilt it and I wish it was a bit more curved. As soon as I set it up, I noticed the difference — the colors are vivid, the brightness is well-balanced, and the curved screen makes the viewing experience much more immersive. I bought two of these monitors while they were on sale for $109 and I am so glad I did. The quality of monitor you get is unbeatable for the price. The display looks great and is perfect for a home office setup. I wish the stand was adjustable height, but eventually I will probably get a mount for my three monitors. Highly recommend. I do not know if I would pay the full $180 for them, but I would keep my eye on them in case they go on sale.
