I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews for this item. If you are someone who has to wear a suit to work everyday then this appliance is a must have. It easily allows me to wear each suit 5x longer than I otherwise could before needing to take it to the dry cleaner. It’s not going to actually dry clean your clothes, remove stains, etc. However, it absolutely does “freshen up” suits and remove wrinkles, making them look far better than before they went in. If I go out to lunch my suit jacket tends to smell like a restaurant. This removes the smell completely. This thing was broke within year , and Samsung sent people to repair. after one year warranty, it broken again! and now it cost $200 for them to come and repair. I don't really use that much, and I wonder how the quality could be so poor! very disappointed purchase and have no faith in Samsung in appliance anymore! ... show more

I was super psyched about this because I thought I would never have to steam my clothes again. I pretty much just use steaming to get the wrinkles out instead of ironing. Although this does relax the wrinkles, it doesn’t do the job as well as your handheld steamer. It is however an excellent “cleaner”. It’s steam so I guess it’s not a dry cleaner But I use it for all of my silk clothing I’ve used it for a dry clean only jacket with large leather accents. So I love it but I would love it more if it got the wrinkles out better. ... show more

DO NOT BUY! Absolute waste of your money... I paid over $1000 for this item thinking it'll save us some on dry cleaning and sadly not only doesn't work properly but worst, it only worked twice since we purchased it two months ago. I spent over an hour on the phone with some lady in the Philippines and after all that time, she said I'll need to log in to their website and request a service sometimes next week. After filling up pages after pages of requested information I get to a blank page that is blank and won't let me go to the next page. I knew Samsung quality wasn't anywhere close to American-made products but this is absolutely absurd. The worst part of it is that I needed to use it last night as we were getting ready to go out and unfortunately I couldn't use it for my needs. Gave up a couple of weeks in. It's a great machine turned useless by lack of Samsung customer support started getting the run de-scaling cycle about a week in. Overall was happy with everything. The de-scaling cycle doesn't exist from what I could find out. The Manual says to press dry and sanitize which opens no secret menu. Tried everything, app, a billion times pressing the buttons, it's good to remind you that Samsung has no customer support, so you're on your own there. I called, and after 3 calls, they wanted to send someone over, and I would get charged if they didn't find a problem. The person on the phone was hard to reach and had the same answers as the robot. Amazon was spectacular in picking up for Samsung's lack of customer service. It hasn't been the first time they were able to help me out after a nightmarish TV situation Samsung created in 2020. Liked the product and will be looking into the LG version. ... show more

Prolly a good substitute for dry cleaning but never removed one single wrinkle. Very heavy, nice features, but will be returning. Need it to remove wrinkles as it steams.
