This boot gets so many compliments! I thought these wouldn't be really comfortable at first and I'd have to break them in but they were awesome from day one and I've walked all over the place in them with zero blisters and perfectly happy feet. Some reviewers complain about struggling to get into the boot but I had no problem. Keep in mind Sam Edeleman shoes generally don't have a very wide foot span so if you have wide feet, these boots may not be the best for you.

I would definitely say get a half inch bigger then your size . It does run true to size (tts) but with thicker socks better and comfy . Boots quite slightly heavy . Material looks great which is why I’m doing a before picture and before they are worn. Let’s see where a few months in looks like , would check keep you posted .

I bought these boots before moving to London knowing I’d need water resistant comfortable boots to do lots of city walking in. They’re comfortable and the tread has been amazing in slippery wet London weather. But after noticing my feet we’re getting wet with even short walks I realized the sole had totally cracked in half. I’ve only worn these for about 3 months and largely just short walks with the dog. Really quite annoyed given the price

I recently bought these boots after watching one of Shea Whitney's videos. I was on the fence due to the price and thinking that they were winter boots. After I received my shipment, I changed my mind. These boots are waterproof and the leather is so smooth you would not even know it. They are so comfortable and fit true to size. They will be able to be worn in fall, winter and maybe early spring. Totally worth the price. You will have them forever. They are classic.

These boots are really cute and more comfy than I thought. I wore them to Vegas for the first time and breaking them in wasn’t too bad. They do run a little large so I sized up based on other reviews. I’m normally a size 9 and a 9.5 fit perfectly.

I wear size 11 and have narrow feet, and these fit perfectly! I usually have trouble with boots because for some reason when they make big size boots, they think the boot shaft has to be larger as well. But this shaft is nice and snug around my leg. These boots are very comfortable - no rubbing anywhere or need to break in. The only downside is that they really do accentuate that largeness of my foot, so if you have big feet and are self conscious, that's something to take into consideration

I love these and could wear them almost every day. Very stylish and they match everything! They are a little heavy, so it’s hard to walk around in them for hours on end. They don’t breathe that well, so they can get a little smelly if you don’t air them out. As mentioned, the tabs are useless for pulling on, but they aren’t hard to just pull on anyway.

I LOVED the fit and the quality and the look of the book itself. But I guess I’m not used to a chunky style of footwear so while I loved absolutely everything about the boot, I felt ridiculous when I saw myself in the mirror. 😩 So I returned them…begrudgingly
