Shoes arrived in perfect shape - they even have little cardboard surrounding the metal logos at the end of the bow so that they don't dent the leather. The colour (buff tan) is very pretty and would go with anything. The leather is quite soft, so you'd need to be quite gentle with them. I took the shoes to a shoe repair shop to put in these non-slip soles so that they will last longer. I recommend buying 1/2 size bigger - I usually wear size 7, but for these shoes, size 7.5 would be comfortable, while size 7 might be a bit tight, and since the leather is soft, the shoe might end up with a 'toe' shape after a few months :-P ... show more

I like the look of these shoes but occasionally they slipped off my heels and the toes feel a bit crowded. I have a brown pair and love them. They slip off occasionally also. I have narrow feet. The quality is very good and looks nice. I wear a size 8 1/2 wide. The fit was too tight. I had to return them and ordered a size 9 wide. The size 9 W, right shoe fit perfect. The left shoe was too big. It kept slipping off my foot when I walked. I was very disappointed. I wish one set would have worked out. It would be nice if they had a little arch support. My first time buying this brand. Probably will never attempt to purchase brand again. The service and ease of returning was excellent. My experience in the past ordering on line from different stores (not Amazon) they try to get rid of products that have issues (defects) when ordered online due to most people will not return for various reasons. The media could not be loaded. I love the fact that this has a really nice cushion for soles. No need to break in coz the leather is soft. I have chubby slightly wide feet. I got size 7Wide, am normally a size 6 or 6.5wide. I hope they dont discontinue this line coz I love the fit.
