Size up. I'm 5'5 230 and typically wear an XL. I purchased an XXL and it's loose fitting but not baggy or boxy. The sweatshirt in itself is really comfy, I purchased for everyday wear. Comfortable, soft sweatshirt. I would definitely recommend it. The collar is slightly lighter, but doesn’t distract from the look. Doesn’t shrink. Sizing is spot on. Good quality. Color red is great, not too orange, more a blue red, if that makes sense.
