A little snug when I first tried them on, but after walking around a while I realize they fit just fine. I have used these for just golf, best golf shoes I have ever had. I was concerned about scuffing the greens with the aggressive tread on the bottom but this has not been an issue. I walk 18 holes (pushing a cart) 3 or 4 days a week and after 6 rounds there is no evidence of wear on the bottom. I do try to keep off the cart path and walk on grass as much as I can. Comfortable, durable, good looking, and the easy pull up "laces" all equal a great product. I have now for a few years those shoes and I use them for walking dogs and for shooting sports - they have a perfect grip and fit perfect for me - last pair I walked I to the ground and I am so glad I could get a new pair in black now

I bought these a couple weeks ago to replace my Terrex that fell apart in a month. Salomon Men's Speedcross 5 GORE-TEX Trail Running Shoes (I got the silver ones which look really cool imo). I couldn't give a higher review. They are 100% waterproof (I stood in an ankle high puddle to show my wife), and even better, they might be the most comfortable athletic shoes I've ever worn. Plus they are shoelaceless, which is a first for me. Really cool, but the loop does get really long when I tighten them all the way. I looked high and low trying to find the right shoes, and I took a chance on these since I didn't see them mentioned in many reviews like this one. Glad I did. I bought my wife a pair of Speedcross 6's and can't wait to give them to her. ... show more

As an electrician i bought these instead of works boots. Way more comfortable and by far the best shoes to out in the elements. From rain snow mud and dust. These work great. And with the sole being what it is. I didnt have any traction problem crawling the attics or up and down ladders. Highly recommened for trade work if you can get away with wearing shoes instead of boots ... show more
