I haven’t seen a lot of reviews for these after actual hiking use. If you just plan to use these as daily drivers, they are fine and look good. These boots are labeled hiking boots. They are probably closer to trail shoes. Bought a half size down from sneakers and half size up from boots. Snug fit with a little flex. Not as loose in the toe box as typical hiking boots. Fabric uppers didnt require break in. Light weight and comfortable on groomed trails. Performed decent in light mud, gravel, and brush without any sliding. Thin soles, so I felt the rocks under my feet and some slippage once my hike got bumpy, even after replacing the insoles. Ankle support was a bit low (these are mids). Not a whole lot of mileage in these yet, but so far they are decent and I would buy them again.

Okay, so ive owned two pairs of Ultra Pioneer MID $199 now $97, two pairs of Ultra Raptor II GTX $198, and now these. In this order, they go from "hiking hiking" to more of a light, shoe hightop. I am 6'5 235lbs. bad ankle with rods. I stand 12hrs at a time. Great high top, light weight, water proof. Love them. Wish they would send out a 2nd pair of laces though.

Nice design, light weight, sharp looking hiking mid boots with tasteful color compliments. I usually wears 1 size up if footwear are available in Medium width as I am in between Medium and Wide. Normally wears 10.0 but I went up 10.5 US with about 15mm (1.5 cm) and its perfect. Comfortable with roll as you walk. I gave it 4 Star only because it is a tiny bit of snuggy on instep and maybe tight if one have high arch or wearing thick socks. Just fyi. Ankle support is acceptable if you tighten the laces. Good for light hiking and threading but then I only use it as daily work around shoes.

These are really cool boots but be careful - the color on your screen is MUCH lighter than the real thing! The Iron color is actually light greenish blue - not grey.

Easy to break in and very comfortable. Not much cushioning if your feet tend to get sore quickly, but they were great for me.
