Description

Saint Terra Goat's Milk Melt and Pour Soap Base is made from natural ingredients in the United States. Our Goat's Milk soap is made with real liquid goat's milk and has a delicate creamy later with a "custard" color. Hypo-allergenic, non-comedogenic, biodegradable, soy free, no SLS or SLES, non-GMO, no animal testing. Ingredients: Coconut oil, palm oil, safflower oil, glycerine (kosher, of vegetable origin), goat's milk, purified water, sodium hydroxide (saponifying agent), sorbitol, propylene glycol (made from vegetable glycerine), sorbital oleate (emulsifier), oat protein, titanium dioxide (mineral whitener used in opaque soaps).

More so disappointed that it has palm oil, I loved the brand the extra lather I would get but the palm oil was one major factor as to why I can’t use them as my main soap supplier. I can only buy the clear base that’s palm oil free. They need to add more soap base without palm oil at least give us a option. This is one of my favorite soap brands and I’m quiet disappointed because I run a all natural business, we’re using this product as a melt and pour but palm oil heated at a high temp can be cancerous. Both myself and my son have sensitive skin/eczema, so I wanted a soap that would moisturize without stripping. Most soaps I've tried either burn or irritate our skin. I bought handmade soap locally before and the cold press was over priced for not lasting long or lathering. The melt and pour goats milk soap I bought would not lather and had SLS/SLES in it and that actually burned and irritated our skin. So in all effort to save money and try to find something that will gently cleanse I am going to make our own soap. I want to try melt and pour first before I go into cold press and chose this base because it is all natural. Locally I can buy a goat milk base of 5 lbs for about $13 but it contains SLS/SLES. This one costs a bit for only 2 lbs but since it's natural I'd rather stick to this one. ... show more

Made Shampoo Bars with my girlfriends daughter over the weekend and this soap base was easy to work with and the bars turned out beautifully. I did melt over a double boiler since microwaving can cause moisture loss. We used only 1 lb. and were able to make 6 travel size and 4 large bars. Like most shampoo bars it will not foam lather like your typical shampoo but like soap. Very pleased and will order more in larger quantities, since these will make great gifts. ... show more

I received it in a good time frame, much better than the last manufacturer I tried to purchase soap from. These bars are super creamy, cut and melt easily, and they hold color well. The bars in my picture only used Matcha and tumeric! but the colors took very nice. By itself, I probably could've cut and used these bars for someone with sensitive skin. The ingredient list wasn't huge, but it does have chemicals (as all soaps do). I plan to purchase again soon but those were actually my very first bars! ... show more
