Okay, here's my comment! Wow, this little cymbal seriously surprised me. It's tiny, which is perfect for my small kit, but the sound is HUGE. I was expecting something thin and weak, but it has a really nice, full tone. Definitely recommend checking this one out if you're short on space!

    • Incredible sound, fantastic quality!
Size: 14 Inch
I bought this about 7 years ago, and it finally started to crack. Unfortunately, after it started to crack, it quickly got worse and now I'm in the market for a new cymbal. Regardless, it was my most used cymbal and I play pretty hard, so that speaks to its incredible durability! And it was my most used cymbal because it easily sounded the best out of my other (albeit slightly cheaper) cymbals. Phenomenal product, I'll be ordering another to replace my broken one! ... show more

    • Great musical cymbal
Size: 19 Inch
Love the range of expression of these cymbals. I am not an expert but I was looking for crashes with no "gong" undertone, just an awesome CRASH sound. Love this 16" and the 19" as well. When playing softly you can really get a great variety of sounds and full hits into them have a great quick explosion with zero harsh high "zing" or low "gong" after frequencies. Just CRASH-shhhhhhh. Perfect. ... show more

    • I'm that guy who has pretty much purchased every cymbal on earth
Size: 19 Inch
I'm that guy who has pretty much purchased every cymbal on earth, played em, and returned the ones I don't like. This one is a keeper. Perfect for crashing, but doesn't ring on forever. Cuts through the mix, but isn't obnoxious. For reference, my setup is 18 AAX Fast Crash on the left, this 19 AAX Fast Crash on the right, then an HHX Xplosion Crash to the right of that. It's the only combo that's stuck for me. ... show more

Bought these for my husband, he loves them and loves how shiny and new they look. He said they sound great.

    • Great addition to Sabian AAX collection
Size: 17 Inch
I have both 16" and 18" Sabian AAX X-plosion crashes and this 17" Fast Crash compliments my brass very well. It is a little higher pitched than my 16" crash especially at the top end. It sounds a little "lighter" than my other X-plosion crashes, mainly because it's a little thinner. It speaks quickly and then ducks out of the way - exactly what a fast crash is supposed to do. I believe it compliments my 16" and 18" AAX X-plosion crashes very well. If anyone bought the 16/18" Sabian AAX crash pack like I did, and you want another cymbal, this 17" Fast Crash is a good choice. The Sabian AAX series is a good sounding series, a little darker than Zildjian A Custom series, if you are a Zildjian player (like I was). I bought the Crash Pack because I needed a new cymbal setup and the Sabian AAX pack was convenient. It arrived quickly and was undamaged. Thank you! ... show more
