I ordered 4 for me and some lady friends. I finally tried mine today - the boxed contents initially look nice, but the metal is tarnished and the earrings won’t close. Too bad it’s after the return period. I hope my lady friends didn’t get junk too. These will go in the trash.

These are lovely earrings. Not too big and not too small with a nice shine. Packaging is really nice so they would make a great gift. However- despite the claim of these earrings being "S925 sterling silver plated with 18K white gold, which is nickel-free, lead-free, cadmium-free, hypoallergenic, and ideal for sensitive ears", I couldn't wear them for more than 10 minutes before my ears started having an allergy reaction. My nickel allergy isn't even that bad- I can wear rings/watches that contain nickel. Usually, sterling silver & 18K gold are not a problem for my ears, but these particular earrings gave me such a strong allergic reaction that I couldn't wear them at all. I have gifted them to a friend who really enjoys them. ... show more

Making my ears itch… so materials might not match description.. also earrings shipped loose in a ring box make for the potential of hinged box opening flinging one or both loose earrings from said box… what good is a fancy box if you loose the earrings trying to open the box
