Seems good, pretty durable, if you heat it up while you're putting it on, it goes on very easily. I might get this for another deck when i need more grip. It doesn't come in other colors, but i put some gloss poly on there and did a stripe. Idk how long that will last, but you CAN paint this stuff, its doable if you know how! Overall real nice stuff!

Interesting grip pretty mellow as far as goes with the exception of a little bit of peel up it seems to work pretty good… The peel might be from my first time applying… Bonus is you can just brush off dirt and it looks brand new

Grip is mid, but installation was a hassle. Super grippy glue making repositioning a PITA. Doesn’t handle deep concave or curves well, either. Lotsa bubbles formed, even after using a hair dryer to heat and stretch the tape. I’ve gripped hundreds of decks in my 50-year skating career. Do yourself a favor and skip this brand.

I picked up this grip tape for my longboard, and it turned out even better than I expected. The hexagonal pattern gives it a unique look while still providing excellent traction under my shoes. It feels secure and gives me a lot more confidence when riding, especially on downhill stretches. The size (12” x 48”) was perfect for my board—I had enough coverage with a little room to trim. The adhesive is strong and stuck down without any bubbles, and it hasn’t started peeling at the edges after a few rides. Cutting and applying it was pretty easy too. What I like most is the balance between grip and comfort. It locks my feet in without being overly harsh on my shoes. The black design with the subtle pattern makes my longboard look sleek and clean. Overall, this grip tape is durable, stylish, and functional. The media could not be loaded. I didn't get this for skateboards. I found a couple other good uses for this friction tape. I recently was going through rehab after a knee surgery. My physical therapist sometimes had me use a balance board as part of the rehab. I made my own balance board for home use. I applied a couple strips of this friction tape for non-slip footing when standing on it (see video). I also play ice hockey and I will be able to use this to apply to my hockey sticks for friction instead of tape. The attached photo is of one of my hockey sticks and shows a commercial stick-on for the blade (Tacki-Mac). I included the photo to show that when I'm ready to apply this friction tape (when I get a new stick), all I have to do is cut it to shape and stick it on both sides of the blade for puck control. This friction tape sticks very well. Just peel off the backing and you're ready to go. I would clean any area you want to stick it to for the best adhesion.

I received the product: 'S&X Premium Skateboard Grip Tape 11” x 36” - Single Sheet, Hexagonal Pattern for Maximum Traction' as part of the Amazon Vine Program in exchange for my honest review and here are my thoughts: >Quality and value for the money is great, the tread feels grippy. >However, the easy of cutting and application is a bit tough with the backing difficult to separate from the adhesive. With some patience I was able to separate the backing, but if you aren't careful, the adhesive was wanting to come off with it. >As far as performance, the grip tape works as designed.
