Purchased to protect a recently painted concrete staircase, at least until the paint cured. Worked well in combination with 25 mm hardboard covers. The big win was when I stripped a length 1 inch wide, using its own glue wrapped it around the 3 wheels or rollers of a wood feeder of my shaper attachment. Basically I stopped struggling with the worn feed rollers and fed the lumber by hand. The feeder had become a white elephant. That is until I applied this 1 inch wide strip around the rollers. Just spent 5 hours sending cabinet door panels through the 5 hp shaper the feeder works like new Made my feeder great again ... show more

    • Left marks after peeling off - either residue or removed color in patches.

This item works well - but it does leave a residue when removed. Either that or it removed the color of the stairs in patches. Could not be washed off. Very dissappointing.
