    • Microphone Did NOT Work When Wireless and Slight Buzzing Sound
I had been looking for some time for a budget-friendly wireless headset, primarily for use on the Xbox Series-X. For anyone that has been looking for a wireless Xbox headset, they know the options are limited, especially budget-friendly options. I came across this product and read the mostly positive reviews. Once there was an enticing sale came across my notifications, I had to jump on it. The headset arrived and I excitedly opened the box and started to put it together per the instructions that came in the box. The instructions were somewhat confusing and seemed to contradict itself at times in terms of the order of operations. However, I was able to put everything together and was happy to finally have a functioning wireless headset. However, this did not come to fruition. While the headset itself seemed to work and sound was coming through it, the microphone DID NOT work whatsoever when being used as a wireless headset. I then plugged the headset directly into my Xbox controller to see if the mic worked that way, which it did, but this only made the problem more glaring that it could not be used as a wireless headset, which this product was intended to be used as. When I went back to wireless, the mic still did not work. Additionally, a slight buzzing sound could be heard through the left side of the headset when in use as a wireless or wired headset. For the above reasons, I had no choice but to return the product. Hopefully, this was simply a unique mechanical issue and others don't suffer the same fate. I have seen the numerous positive reviews and hope those are true and honest depictions of the product. The headphones themselves are great, the sound quaility and surround sound is incredible for the price point so if you only want headphones for gaming then this is great. However, I wanted a headset so I could talk on voice channels but the mic didn’t work right for me and my teammates said they could hear an echo constantly so I haven’t been able to use the mic. Not to mention it is pretty clunky but they are comfortable so it’s a trade off. ... show more

Desde que los abrí se notan bien hechos, con buen peso y un material que se siente resistente, no de esos que parecen que se van a partir por nada. El sonido está durísimo y claro, con buenos graves y sin distorsión aunque los subas un poco. Para juegos se siente todo, hasta los pasos, y eso ayuda bastante cuando uno está concentrado. El micrófono también me sorprendió, porque recoge la voz limpia y sin ruido, así que me escuchan bien cuando estoy hablando. Otra cosa que me encantó es que se conectan enseguida y no dan pelea, nada de estar apagando y prendiendo mil veces. La batería igual dura mucho yo puedo usarlos varias horas sin preocuparme de estar cargándolos a cada rato. En cuanto a comodidad, mis respetos: las almohadillas son suaves y no aprietan la cabeza, así que uno puede jugar o escuchar música tranquilo.     • Sometimes mic don't work, or I can hear static from mic, sound quality is super mid
It's decent..., I mean like it's do-able, the quality isn't the best, not good bass, and the extra little plug in u plug into the console doesn't work for me, had it since January 24th and still doesn't seem to work, good thing the controller plug in works, but my ears normally hurt after a long gaming session but for these they don't, it's really comfortable. It's a type of headset to where if ur mic is on you can hear urself, me personally I don't like hearing my own voice in my ear but that's preferential, sometimes it does glitch to where I have to keep in plugging it in multiple times because the mic sometimes doesn't work, and ever since the first week or so having it I can hear a really annoying static like you hear from a blue light screen on a TV, even if I'm playing a game I can sometimes hear it over that or my music, quality 4/10, comfort 9.8/10.... 5 months later, the mic grew a horrible outage, not reliable, people hear the headset mic even though it's not plugged in. I do not recommend at all, only thing good is the comfortability. ... show more
