Every brand name Nike, Adidas, New Balance, and Puma, Under Armor, Brooks, On, Asics, Reebok. I would really like Allbirds, or Vega, Hoka maybe, seriously expensive. I absolutely love these Ryka Women’s Devotion X Walking Shoes. They are incredibly comfortable right out of the box—no break-in period at all. The cushioning is supportive without feeling bulky, making them perfect for long walks or being on my feet all day. On top of that, they look really nice for a walking shoe. I’ve worn them casually as well, and they don’t have that overly “athletic” look. They feel well-made, lightweight, and supportive in all the right places. Very comfortable! I ordered an 11 wide based on reviews and the shoe fits pretty well. The toe box is nice and roomy. The ankle/heel is a bit too roomy. I put on my heaviest athletic socks and they now fit well as long as I lace them fairly tightly at the top of the foot. The quality is good and are very comfortable. I wore them once on the treadmill for a 35 min workout and they felt great. Then I wore them outside for a 10-minute walk and they also were fine. I will be taking them outside again for a 35 minute fast walk and will report back. They also look really sharp! ... show more

Very Comfortable, great arch support, true to size, purchased an 7.5 and they fit perfectly. True to size fit with excellent room in the toe box Purchased Skyway blue which will be nice for Spring and Summer. The back of the shoe has an iridescent color which is fun and cool looking. Still not sure what I think. I need space in the toe box at the base of the laces around my "toe knuckles" (not my toe nails), which compared to about 11 other pairs Ive tried, these were the best Ive tried so far, without having a big floppy square toe. There seems to be too many layers of fabric supporting the laces contraption, so while there is space, they have caused a structure which presses down on my toe knuckles, particularly on the big toe. The rest of the shoe fits fine... but not nearly as comfortable to wear all day as other brand name athletic shoes I've owned (and prefer except for my new toe condition). To be clear, my feet do not hurt while wearing them, instead its when I take them off that my feet ache and are so glad to not be in them any more. They look fashionable enough, thet except for the huge, unfamiliar brand logo, not many people will glance at them and think you've got orthopedic shoes on. I got a light / denim blue color, which is neutral enough for my style. They're the best I have right now, but I will likely replace them with something else, soon. ... show more

    • GREAT fit, but not as durable as I want

I love the fit of these shoes, and I wore them brand new all over Disney World for a week with no issues. BUT the back wall of the shoe seemed to almost immediately break down just from the act of putting the shoe on over the week. It created a wrinkled spot that rubs my foot when I am walking for a sustained amount of time. I LOVE the fit, comfort, and width of the toe box so much, I will keep these shoes to use for working on projects, but I would not be able to stand the wrinkled spot in the gym or walking on a trip. ... show more
