This brand is completely new to me. I usually buy Easy Spirit, but I clicked on a link while searching a list of "most comfortable wide walking shoes." Ryka shoes were reasonably priced, and pretty, so I decided to take a chance. The first time I put them on, I could immediately feel the plushness of the shoe and the arch support. I don't have super-wide feet, but I am most comfortable with a wide shoe. These have plenty of room. They are prettier than I expected. Mine are electric blue and black. I've walked in them, and there has been no pinching, sliding, or other discomforts. For $60 I wouldn’t say these are a great construction but I guess that prices have gone up and quality has lessened. Overall theses are a good pair of shoes, fitwise and comfortable. The color is pretty 😍

I needed a shoe for my one week Las Vegas trip and was researching online and came across this brand. I've never heard of this brand, but this shoe had the seal "American Podiatric Medical Association Approved" on their website and had a lot of good reviews so I took a chance. This shoe is great!! I didn't need to break into them. I walked 20k+ steps every day of my trip for 5 days and while my feet did get a little sore at the end of each day it was not bad at all! I could still stand and walk normally the next day without any issues or pain. With other sneaker brands that I've worn such as Nike, Adidas etc my feet would be awfully sore by the 10k step mark and my feet and ankles would be sore for days preventing me from being able to walk. Not with this shoe!! I love that it's lightweight and has good cushioning. The sole can also be taken out if you want to replace it with a different one. I also love that it offers wide sizes as well. There is plenty of room in the toe box area so my toes and bunion are not crowded and the back of the shoe did not scrape and give me blisters which are all a huge plus! So happy I made this purchase! The shoe has also held up well. I will be taking this shoe abroad with me on a 2 week trip in the next few months.     • Amazing shoe for people with plantars fasciitis!

My last pair of shoes that I purchased were Sketchers...a decent shoe for walking, however, I did have to buy a 1/2 size larger to add an insert for my arches. I researched shoes made for Plantars Fasciitis and style and make were one of the more affordable pairs recommended by Podiatrists. When I went to see my doctor she also said that these were a great pair for me to use in my daily walks. I was grateful that they felt comfortable straight out of the box and didn't require a breaking in period. I have used them for over a week and am very pleased how my heel feels after walking up and down hills for several miles! As a rule, I love this brand, I have bought 7 pair over the last few years, normally an excellent fit for my size 11 very wide feet. This pair (Ryka Womens Devotion Plus 3 Walking Shoe, Black, 11 US) while as pretty as all the others I have bought are NOT the same size as the all the other 11s! They are a good half inch shorter, and quite pinchy! I am hoping they will stretch, my last pair is worn out and the soles are still soft and supportive, so I am going to give them a try, but if they have downsized their product the next pair is going back, I am a loyal customer, but shoes are too expensive to have sore feet! TLDR: at least the black mesh with lavender are NOT true to size! ... show more

I usually wear an 8.5 w but the toe is was too wide and felt sloppy when I walked in them. They are well made and a great looking shoe though
