Still super early to see if they help long term. I work at a vet tech so constantly on my feet. I have started having metatarsalgia in the last year and recently after a 60 hr week now having arch and ankle pain in the same foot so I wanted to retire my shoes. Wanted to find something others have found to help and the arch support in these were impressive. Unfortunately the arch support in that foot is now hurting more than before with these but could be a healing process since they were already painful but otherwise they are very comfortable. The toe box is appropriate and I don't feel like they're being squeezed at all. I have been having to adjust the tightness of my laces to keep my heel from sliding too. I'm sure that will wear down quickly but time will tell ... show more

I wore the first pair so often, had to get a new pair when they wore out. I have bunions and wides are too big. This sneaker is a perfect fit. I wear a size 9. Soft enough to accommodate my bunion’s without hurting. And I love the color!!

I purchased these for doing my daily walk (about 2-3 miles per day). This is my 4th pair of these same shoes over the last 5-6 years or so. I bought the first 2 pairs inside a store where I could try them on. The 3rd and 4th were purchased on Amazon using the info from the original shoes. The fit seems to be the same and the comfort is decent out of the box. However, to increase the comfort and fit I use a generic 'cut to fit' shoe insert under the arched one the shoe came with. This makes the shoe fit a little snugger and makes walking very comfortable. If this pair holds up like the other 3, I would definitely buy these again. ... show more

Bought and wore these shoes for a week in Paris, and love them! I have a week knee and never once in 53 miles did my knee act up in these shoes. They don’t squeak on marble floors or seem to leave marks. The traction is also good on the marble and cobblestone streets.

I have purchased Ryka 5 or 6 times before and they are my favorite fitting shoe, however, this particular pair that I tried on ran a little short. I absolutely love the style but I had to return because my toe was hitting the front of the shoe and unfortunately since I wear a size 10, I could not size up a 1/2 size. For some odd reason, shoe companies think that once you need a size larger than 10, that you should have to go up a whole size, which absolutely does not work.
