This works great on heavy plastic tarp (with nylon weave reinforcement). It has the right amount and strength of glue. Clean surface to which it will be applied well; I followed up with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol. As suggested in previous review application of hair dryer (I used heat gun) appears to help the glue bond. The patch is over a month old and and has been subjected to rain and folding of the tarp with no deterioration of the bond. Previous reviews complaining of insufficient glue may have been patching cloth tarp, to which I cannot speak. ... show more

Used on my motorcycle rain suit tbat ripped in the crotch. It did the job for a short period because it it doesn’t have any give/stretch it’s just peeling off. Maybe if used in a spot that doesn’t pull or have tension it would work great but for where I need it placed it’s not a good option
