The color was true to the photos. He said that the Jean fabric was not a heavy Jean so they would not be that bad in Florida weather and the quality of the fabric was good. He liked the fit. They are jeans and their functionality would be for wear when not working. They have a little stretch but they are a little stiff. He plans on washing them to see if the fabric softens a little bit and also it takes a few wears to break in new jeans. Love these. Bought 4 pairs for work and they're so dang comfortable. I put them through the paces at work too. These jeans are tough. They're also pretty lightweight and very soft. They move perfectly with me. Would definitely buy again.
