This is a pretty good sports bra. The back straps are flattering, but thick enough that you don't have to deal with untangling them constantly. I also like that the insert cups stay in place and don't move around throughout your workout. The support here is probably overkill if you're just doing yoga or weightlifting, but it's been a great bra for my short-distance running workouts. My only complaint is that the sizing was off. I'm a 34D, so I bought a medium as recommended - it was insanely tight! The back straps rode up almost to my neck and I had to fight for my life to get out of the thing. I sized up to a large, and it fits much better, but I honestly could've gone up a size again to an XL.

The sizing turned out basically exactly as expected. It's very difficult for me to find a wireless compression-style bra that fits, since I wear a 34I/36H in normal bras. I bought the XL in this and the band fits perfectly, but the bust is VERY squished and makes the band roll, and squishes out the top and sides. But the compression is good enough and it's comfortable enough that I can lounge in it. Maybe, if I'm daring, even do some light yoga. Maybe walk the dog. Probably nothing more strenuous than that, though.

This sports bra is the best I've ever owned!! I've had several surgeries, two spinal (scar is from about 5 inches or so from neck all the way down my spine to maybe 5 inches from tailbone). The other surgery is starts between breasts, and travels down like a sickle to my waist...anyway just describing surgeries and scars because it's nearly impossible to find a bra or even a sports bra that is mainly comfortable or supportive etc. This bra did not disappoint!! It is everything I've been looking for - mainly comfort but support and can't forget it looks cute!! When washed, the inside (removable) pads stayed in place and did not come out. I accidentally placed in dryer ( I was a little scared when I realized I had dried it) I usually lay flat or hang it to dry but to my surprise the pads stayed in place, did not shrink and was still as comfy :) I don't work out or do Yoga unfortunately but believe it would definitely be supportive. Did I mention comfort? LOL. I ended up buying a second one in black and would definitely recommend 😊💜

For a sports bra, this bra doesn’t smash the girls like other bras. Since it tends to be light to mid- impact exercise, I use it for days when I don’t want to wear a regular bra but also want to get a little more attention than the sports bras that provide more support. Gives great cleavage too. The only downfall is the padding that covers the nipple tends to slide up a bit. It’s not enough to deter me from purchasing another one.

The bras fabric is very comfortable & stretchy. I love the print & how it feels. The straps aren’t tight & feel great on my shoulders. However only down fall is I feel it’s to big & think a medium would have fit better without gaps on the side.

Nice fabric and I like the straps and it washes well (no piling so far/washed three times) but on me this bra rides up in front. I feel like I’m constantly pulling it down. I’m not overly “busty” either (34C). It’ll work but if I buy again might go up a size. Note I did buy the size recommended.
