Overall, it’s a pretty good sports bra. The fabric is soft, stretchy, and provides decent support during medium-impact workouts like yoga or strength training. It also looks really flattering, and the quality seems solid so far. However, the crisscross design on the back makes me super uncomfortable when I do exercises that require lying down — like crunches. I’d say it’s great for standing workouts, but not ideal for mat work or anything that involves lying flat.

It’s supportive enough for high-impact workouts (even running), but still super comfy — no digging, pinching, or uniboob situation. I ordered a large and it runs small in my opinion. The band was not as stretchy as I had hoped. I wanted something to hold the girls in but the band was super tight. Will order an XL to see if that fits better. Overall love the design look.
