As a retired elite athlete, I have worn many different models, through so many training hours and races, and frankly, some of the models I have used have, well, pretty much stunk. Not enough support, too much support, too revealing, too much padding. If you are an active athlete, then you know what I am talking about. It seems as if so many sports bras are made for the gym, and not for the road. For those of us that swim-bike-run for 20 hours a week - or more - we need something that will give us enough support, but not feel as if we were being slowly strangled by a python. The name of this bra caught my eye, the fabric and designs looked well thought out, and the styles looked good. And more importantly, they seemed as if they would support me and not choke me. And I was right - the strapping system holds everything in place, but doesn't chafe me if I go out for a 3 hour run, or a 5 hour bike ride. When you hold it in your hands it has a very solid feel. The stitching is first rate, with no loose threads. The pads are a bit thicker than most, but are flatter, and don't make the bra look as if you are not wearing any pads at all. They are easy to remove and wash, and after repeated use, have not warped or worn out. The colors of the fabric have not run, either. And have held up to the hot Florida sun and humidity. I have bought two of these, and tried on several of the other styles, and they all fit me, true to size. The blue color criss-cross has easily seen 120 hours of use, and has lost none of it's stretch. I would recommend these highly for anyone that is an endurance athlete. My next race is a 30K in January, and I will be wearing a Running Girl Sports Bra when I line up at the starting line. I trust it that much!

I would give this product a five star rating across the board, except for one tiny detail. The seam for the front panel and back straps is right on top of the shoulder. I’m a CNA and wore this bra all day -12 hour shifts. Towards the end of my shift the seam on my shoulder was becoming extremely painful. I kept trying to shift the straps to new positions - which is embarrassing and massively inconvenient. I’ll happily wear this bra for short periods of time until they (hopefully!) start putting the seam a few inches down on the back side of the bra.

I love this bra! I was convinced by the deal and look of support, initially. Sports bras can go two ways for me; either way too tight or not enough support. After even an hour at times, a lot of bras make my back start to hurt (I’m a 38F). THIS BRA DOES NOT!!! The support is incredible, it holds everything in from every angle but still gives you some cute cleavage so you don’t have a complete uni-boob, which is very important to me! The straps are not tight on the shoulders or upper back. They are not adjustable, but I swear they adjust to you. This doesn’t dig in your back either even though it has a different design of straps, you can’t even tell except for in a good way! It’s more breathable in the back because of the strap design. These are all issues I’ve always had, but this bra does not give me any of these. Make sure you get the correct size (I got an XL and am 38F), but this bra is amazing for workout support, every day wear, and soft fabric for comfort. I need to buy more colors now when I can 🥰

After exhaustive searches for a sports bra that I can wear all day long I have found a winner in this one. I can’t wear sports bras that have any type of adjustable straps because the plastic parts always dig in to my skin at some point. Also I won’t wear a sports bra that has the hook closure on the back, nor the zipper in the front. I have a physical job where I use my body to lift things which is why I won’t wear a bra with any type of plastic parts & this offers awesome support no uní-boob & the straps on my shoulders are thick and therefore comfy.

I love these. I am a 34D and got a medium in white and black. The pads need to be bigger in them, but they are great otherwise. Super soft and thick. The straps don't dig in at all and I never have to adjust myself when working out. Perfect medium compression/support. True to size in my opinion, size down for a compressive fit.

Quality is so nice. I wish it fit. I ordered the size I always order for myself which is sized down already but this was way too big. It's so nice I wish it did fit though. I'm 5'2 approx 125 lbs. 34 inches around with a size DDD to an F cup usually more on the F cup size. I ordered the small and it is way too big around for me. I'd say it would be perfect for 36 around

The back of the bra where the straps come up scrunches up a little bit and is visible through a shirt, which can be a little awkward, but it’s really not overly bad. I found this bra to fit okay to the size I expected, but I would say it is slightly tighter than I like. The padding seems cheaper like it will become deformed after multiple washes but it looked cute wearing first time, see picture. I’m 5’ 5” and 139 lbs in picture. I am a 36 C or D normally and usually get large or XL - I got a Large in this one.

The left is A-black & the right is B-black. Obviously A vs B have different strap styles in the back, but they're also two different material make-ups: The lining of A is mostly polyester, and B doesn't list any polyester just nylon. You can see a slight difference in the black coloring because of this and they have different textures, too. Personally, I prefer the straight nylon of B - it's a smoother texture and a darker black. Plus for whatever reason the polyester "A" type doesn't have as much compression or support. Returning type A for another B... pity, I liked having different strap styles.
