Okay - I was looking for something to carry my phone on long runs to use the tracking feature. I hate those strap around your arm things, so I thought this might be the trick. I have to admit it sat in my drawer for about a year. Well the other day I decided to give it a try. It worked great. I have a normal size Iphone and it fit great. The pouch seems to expand to accept whatever phone you have. The phone laid kind of like a belt buckle and to be honest I forgot I had it with me during my run. I did not notice it at all, and didn't think about it again until I had finished my run - Perfect! The pouch also seem to have a membrane that would protect the phone from moisture if I got caught in the rain or started sweating. Overall, perfect solution for carry the phone or other items on run. I might get another for a backup. It's funny how something so simple and inexpensive can make things so much more enjoyable.

I purchased this for road running (really jogging considering the pace) 5 miles and mountain biking (10 miles). The reason I mention the distance is that for longer rides I would wear a hydration pack. I wear the pack in front, under my shirt and it rides stably and comfortably. I don't notice it AT ALL when running (road running, so not jostling/jarring like a trail run), and only a little when riding. It does not move on a run, but on a bike, I wear road riding clothes underneath loose mountain biking shirts and shell shorts, so the belt does slide down and need adjustment. Even though the ride it short, it still requires standing on rocky descents and I ride a hardtail so there's a fair amount of bouncing around. I have a 34" waist and I wear the belt at nearly is maximum extension. Not sure if this is because it's small, or because I just prefer a looser fit. YMMV. Great product thus far after a few runs and rides and it shows no signs of weary.

I've been using this running belt for about two months now and have had some very sweaty runs (summer in south Louisiana). While the outside of the pouch and the elastic belt can get pretty damp, the inside of the pouch remains perfectly dry. I have never once noticed any moisture in my phone. The pouch is big enough to fit my iPhone X with a slim case and a Popsocket with room to spare. It is expandable so if needed I could fit my car key, an ear buds case, and a couple of cards. You may be able to fit more, but that's all I imagine needing for a run. The length of the waist belt is easy to adjust and there is an adjustment on either side of the pouch for extra lengthening. I do not notice any ripping or tearing and the stitching seems to be well done. The belt clip is study and I'm not worried that it will come apart during even intense exercise. There is a small opening in the pouch to allow for the cord for ear buds/headphones. I wear this pack at my natural waist and have not noticed any sliding up and down or flopping around. I would like to see more colors offered, but more importantly I would like to see some more reflectivity on both the pouch and the waist belt for early morning or evening workouts.
