This is a great basic LONG tunic, wonderful comfort and quality. It won't hold up to heavy use or athletic situations (don't fight in it and expect it to hold together) but for light usage, you can absolutely expect to wear this for years to come-- it is great for a variety of period costumes, and the long length is great for accessorizing with a belt (pouches or swords!) and the like. Pairs well with other simple garb, and puts together a costume very quickly with a few choice pieces, at a very accessible price-point. Can't beat the quality and comfort at this price, anywhere.

This is something you can grab and go if you're invited to a Ren. Festival last minute. It is simple looking but fits well both event-wise and sizing. The texture of the material is all right, but I'd probably upgrade a size larger and wear an undershirt with this. At its core, this is a very solid and simple tunic that you can't really go wrong with. Everything was well done and there were no holes, rips, or tears in it.

I ordered this Runcati Mens Medieval Pirate Costume Tunic in a 2XL for my son, who is 6.1 and usually wears a size 2XL in men's clothing. This tunic fits him well, so I would say it's true to size. It is very long though; you will definitely need a belt. He said the tunic felt roomy. He also liked the fabric, thinking it wouldn't be too hot wearing it outside in summer. We also ordered the and were happy that the colors were exactly the same. I inspected the tunic and saw no issues with the fabric or the stitching. We're pretty happy with this set. My son usually wears only black clothing, so it's nice to have another Renaissance outfit in a different color.

The Runcati Mens Medieval Pirate Costume Tunic seems to have some design issues. The fabric is nice as the combination of colors. But as you can see on the pictures the shoulders sort of seat right but is tight on the arms and torso. Hub is 5’10” 200lbs and wears size L. He said he doesn’t feel very comfortable on this.We were also disappointed to notice the missing belt. Without the belt we would not have acquire this piece. It’s also quite long, I think it could have been shorter in order to look better, actually on the model I blieve it doesn’t look that long.

This review is of the long tunic, or "A" style. My photos depict a Medium being modeled by my wife, who is about 5'10". This is a versatile lightweight cotton tunic with an attractive but simple border. I want to stress "lightweight", as this would be quite suitable for use in warm weather, but don't expect much insulation from this garment alone if worn in colder weather; you'll want to layer. It's fine for non-demanding costume use (on stage, visiting a renaissance fair, cosplay at a convention, etc) but may not be durable for hardcore reenactment and living history uses. Haven't determined how much it can shrink yet, but even if it does, it looks like it'll still fit her fine.

This is a nice tunic for LARPing, Renaissance festivals, etc. It's made of real cotton fabric, so it should be cool to wear in hot weather, and the detailing is nice--the insides of the sleeve hems are finished, so there are no seam allowances to rub or fray. However, I ordered the dark red color, and the tunic is a very bright shade of cerise red, not the much darker burgundy shown in the product photos. It seems true to size: the men's 2x fit over my daughter's 47" hips, and it comes to about knee length on her (she's 5'8"). The tunic has a boxy fit and will look better if worn with a belt (not included).

As with all clothing from Amazon, I'm always worried that it won't fit correctly; this runs a little tight on my body (XXL size, I'm 6'1", 260, 50" chest), but not too bad where it's a concern. It has good length, and the decorations on it actually look very "medieval". The linen feels high quality, so I think this is a keeper!

I got this tunic for my husband who has a serious love of medieval style clothes, usually because the fabric feels nice and a giant gamer nerd, it makes it feel like going grocery shopping is a LARP. First off, the fit is perfect, it was like it was made for him and it looks phenomenal. The fabric is super soft, even the decorative edging is not an uncomfortable scratchy fabric, so it is suitable for just lounging in or wearing at an event without being driven bonkers by the fabric. The cotton is evenly dyed and thin, but not so thin that I am worried it is going to fall apart after a washing. This is a quality tunic and I am tempted to get a second one for myself!
