There is a lot of bang for your buck with this 7 piece queen comforter set. The sheets feel soft, smooth and cooling. The comforter is a little on the *heavier* side, but not necessarily heavy. On one side it is a soft material. The other side is more of a silky soft material. BOTH are awesome and feel great. My concern is after it’s initial wash, it got some kind of stain on one side. It’s not a dark stain, but is noticeable under the right lighting conditions. Now I am not sure if this was caused by my washer (or dryer), but I washed the comforter on its own on a fairly normal/gentle cycle. I haven’t noticed this happening to any other comforters or clothing I own. I’m really bummed about this and hoping it may wash out on a second wash. For it’s price point, this is more than a great bedding set. I would recommend. **UPDATE** I don’t want to dock stars because of how much I want to LOVE this set, but I feel it’s important to note that the comforter (or sheets) don’t breathe well. I was waking up literally sweating (first few times, I thought maybe I was sick or just running really hot). After continuing use for over a week, temp in my bedroom is approximately 62 degrees, I realized that the material just doesn’t breathe. As silky and soft as it is, I’m so disappointed about this.
