    • If Phone Tech Support Is Important to You This is Not What You Wanna Do
"I purchased the Oukitel 17 phone last month on Amazon and it worked well for the first month. However, I’m now experiencing multiple issues with the device, including airplane mode and text-to-speech functionality which will nor shut up and I can't get into the system. Unfortunately, it seems that I’m unable to contact phone tech support because there is none. Had I known that I would not have purchased this phone. I live on an island and this phone stopped working 10 days after the return window had closed. ORDER # 112-3757580-3393869 if they are interested enough to reach out to me. If so regardless of the outcome I will give a better review. Until then I am on he beautiful island of Nevis and will basque in this degree paradise and fucus on that rather that the fact that I am now completely isolated because I saved money on a phone. Think about that! The phone is also missing a removable battery, which makes it difficult to reset the device when it’s not working properly. Additionally, the phone’s text-to-speech feature is reading everything on the screen, which can be quite annoying. The airplane mode issue is also frustrating, as I’m unable to turn it off. If you’re considering purchasing this phone, I would recommend proceeding with caution. While it may work well initially, there’s no guarantee that it will continue to function properly over time. If you do decide to purchase one of these phones, be aware that you may encounter issues like the ones I’ve experienced. This phone has some weight to to it night vision awesome, navigating through phone using multiple open screens but tricky. Over all great phone battery oh my 3days,and I have a 9yr old that is crazy. Loved that..

    • Garbage! Zero customer service for warranty repair
This is supposed to be a waterproof, dust proof, shock proof rugged phone. Forget about it. First phone got water in it the first time I tested it. Sent it back to Amazon for a replacement with in 30 days so they sent a new one. Second phone, the media speaker quit after 3 months. What was strange was if the battery life got below 30% the speaker would come on and work fine until the battery died. As time went by, the battery % got lower and lower for the speaker to come back on and work until it just stopped working at all. So no music, no ringing, no notifications, no watching videos without earbuds or external speaker. After seven attempts to contact Oukitel through their website, email and chat, I have received ZERO response from OUKITEL whatsoever. So the warranty is not worth a crap when the company won't respond to numerous requests. If you purchase ANY products from OUKITEL, just know your on your own if they break. ... show more

    • It will not work with straight talk anymore
I got this phone recently it seemed to offer everything I have been looking for and it honestly still does. I think if I would have been able to use the phone I probably would be giving it 5 stars. from what I did get to see the camera is absolutely amazing to the point that the straight talk representative that was trying to help me figure out why it wouldn't work said it was better than her new iPhone cam. While the Q & A says it will work in straight talk it will not. apparently they did something to their system in January and they are fazing out a lot of stuff and a bunch of phones will no longer be able to work on the system ... show more

I thought this was the best deal ever for the first month, it is very durable, but literally about a month outside of return date the speaker stopped working. I never even got it wet so I would definitely not trust it going under water like it says it will. Now I have to have bluetooth to hear any music because the sound is very faint. ... show more
