Although this costume it labeled as fitting "Adult - Standard" for the size, most adults will probably have a hard time wearing this properly. I'm not overly tall being a 5'11" tall male but when I put this on, the feet end up just below my knees (see picture). This is disappointing, especially being a product that is supposed to be endorsed by the movie franchise. In my opinion, you'd have to be closer to 5' tall for this to fit correctly. The first one I bought through Walmart (it was cheaper than on Amazon), but returned it due to the feet being just below my knees...so I thought it was just defective. So I bought one from Amazon, but it's the same way - too short! The leg inseam to the costumes elastic ankle is only about 12 inches. Now if I had narrower shoulders, I might have been able to pull my head and shoulders up into the costumes head area some more & possibly gotten the feet closer to mine. But it's sized in typical Chinese dimensions, so everything is smaller than what is considered "normal" here. I still like the overall concept and look of the costume, so I'll just modify it to fit in my spare time instead of try and return it for a second time.

I love the pterodactyl. There was no question that was the dinosaur I wanted to be. However, it comes only in one size, and that is not one size fits all. I'm 5'6", so not exceptionally tall, so I was surprised that the feet of the costume float well above my ankles. Is this supposed to be a flying effect? Also, the hand holes that let you get your hands in and out of the gloves are also made for very small hands. I had pretty raw, scraped hands just from trying to pull my hands in and out. I'm going to cut the holes wider and reset the velcro. It made me suspect that this is a better fit for a 10-year-old kid (or small adult). Also... zipper in the back? Who came up with that? Now all of us have a friend to zip us up. Finally, the face mask fogs up, and because there's a mesh over it, there is no way to wipe it clean. I was blind within 15 minutes. Always bring your dinosaur handler with you. Otherwise, so so fun and super happy with this!

For the price of this costume, I expected much more. First of all the material is cheap looks nothing like the picture. The person inside of the costume could not breathe in it, so I had to cut a small hole in the mouth area. The size is not for a standard adult more like a small adult so we couldn’t even zip it up to inflate the feet since it was too small. Not a fan and will not buy again.

The costume itself isn’t bad but it is not as high quality as the other variety. I’ve seen the T-Rex one multitudes of times and it looks pretty good. However, the pterodactyl one is rather disappointing. From the missing chest strap on the inside to the face that its head is bulky and the strap doesn’t make it turn (as I assume it should). Overall just get the T-Rex one or any others, the pterodactyl one is just not that great. :(

I have only had this for about three days and so far I am pleased with it overall. However, it was to large on the legs but there was no option to have it any smaller. I was disappointed when the battery died after like two hours. So if you plan on going trick-or-treating in it, bring extra batteries. It wasn't as hot as I expected and it will probably be nice and cool on halloween night outside.

These pictures are of my son trying it on and show how cool this costume is but we didnt realize it had an unsewn 1" on the wing which didnt affect the inflation but there was a 3" unsewn part at the crotch area which may have led to it fogging up at the face (or his breath) so after 45 minutes my son couldn't see although it did stay inflated. He was a big hit at the morning parade with the little ones and got many compliments but he was really disappointed we had to return it and couldnt use it for trick or treating.

I am 5'6". I was trying this product on and as I was doing so, the zipper separated. Upon trying to fix it, the zipper broke. Trying to get into this costume is a 2 person job really and not a 1 person job as I would have hoped. I was incredibly excited about this so I am super disappointed. Hoping I can find someone to repair the zipper.

I'm 5'5" and it was too small I had to return it. The mouth crease was SHARP inside and hit me in the face cutting my nose. The feet would ride about half way up my calf. Other than that it was a super cool costume. I just wish I was a little shorter.
