I bought this costume for a superhero party we had. I was impressed by how nice and durable the costume seemed. What I didn't like was the velcro back. He had to wear clothes under the pants area as well because it was a bit see-through, and the boot covers were not very impressive. Otherwise, it was a good costume for the price we paid.

Bought this early for 2020 Halloween. The mask is great quality. It's a good, solid, plastic with foam on the inside. He can see perfectly through the eyes. The foot straps are nice because they cover boots. The size small is a bit big on my 40lb 3yo, but this way he'll be able to wear warm clothes underneath. I read complaints about the neck piece. My son has been grabbing at it, but when asked if it itches, he's said no. I think hes just not used to something like a turtle neck, because that's exactly what it is. I'm not worried about it, because you can fold it down if you'd like. I got it for $20, and for that price, it's perfect.

My son loves the costume. Seems well made and will be perfect for Halloween. However, (as another reviewer stated) the part that goes around the neck is itchy/uncomfortable and made of a different material than the rest of the costume. When my son took it off I put the neck band against my own neck, and it feels like tiny barbs are scratching the skin. We have plenty of time, and I don’t mind sewing a small piece of fabric to the backside of the neck area. Wouldn’t be a dealbreaker either way, but it would bother me if I was wearing it. But otherwise great costume. For size-I purchased medium, he is almost 6 (tall for his age and broad), and and it just fit him, but not tight. Large may have fit a little better, but for a “one time wear” the medium works.

Bad return policy. Looks like we are stuck with a strange fitting costume. We had ordered the muscle suit from another company and thought the colors looked a little cheesy compared to this one. Turns out the sizing on this is very strange and we can’t return it at all. $25 down the drain. Do yourself a favor and order one that can be returned.

I wasn’t expecting too much of this costume. Thin material, the usual Captain America design... The moment my 6 year old wore it he started complaining about something burning / itching his neck. The neck part has a reinforcement made out of plastic / polyester...I rubbed it on my skin and didn’t fell anything...the second it touched my son he said it’s scrapping his skin. I returned it.
