I like how the garland turned out. I used it indoors only and no balloons popped. Only one balloon came defected. I did add a few of my own balloons to make it look fuller. It would still look good without the extra balloons however.

These were so easy to assemble. It definitely helped that we had a machine to blow up the balloons. We tied the top portion of the balloons by string to the ceiling so that it wouldn't fall. We didn't even have to use anything to hold the balloons up.

They were not the easiest to blow up and not circular as depicted in the pictures. Also, there were only a few clear balloons where there was plenty of black and gold ones. Overall I liked the balloons.
