I take about 20 balloons and fill them about 75% full. That way they won't pop and frighten my little granddaughter. Then I shut all of the doors in the hall, put the balloons at the closed end and put a box fan at the open end. It blows the balloon around and around the closed hall. My granddaughter runs through them laughing. It's great fun!!!!! NOTE: My little one likes the fan to be on low. We tried medium, but it was too noisy and bothered her. ... show more
