I knew I was paying a premium price, but I could not find a white shelf in either Lowe’s, Home Depot nor Menards so I was forced to buy it online. It came in an intact box wrapped on bubble wrap and so I was very surprised to find it scratched down to bare steel in multiple places. My guess is that it is a returned item.
