I will say this stuff works good to coat stuff like foundations or anything you want a thin film of silicone. The only problem I had was the cans come only half full of product but it does show on the can it is sold by weight so I guess that is why. Kind of pricey but good product.

took excessive amount of mixing, applied to slight drop down overlap metal roofing, looked good and worked ok through first rain then days of over 90* , material peeled up and cracked open

The product looks like it will seal the surface adequately, but be advised it is not the consistency of paint. It is an extremely thick liquid, at least twice the thickness of honey, almost like toothpaste. So, you don't just use a paintbrush and dip it in the can. I ended up using a paint stirrer to drop blobs of it onto the surface and then smoothed it out with an abrasive pad. It took a lot of time to coat the whole pan, which I could not remove from the device. You have to be creative to move the sealer around to get it in the corners and on the sides of the drip tray.

This product in my opinion was way way too thin . It actually says it can be stress w a trowel Yet it was thinner than a cheap paint you could see the surface through the applied product w a brush . Plus it’s listed as 35oz so I bought it over the name brand that was a 32oz can .. yet the can had 26% missing ! lol when I pours this into a chemical measuring cup there was less than 30 oz ! Product is junk and they don’t even give you as much as they say .
