This bag is definitely durable and sturdy. I bought it because I love the teal color. I could do without the front zipper pocket. That would help streamline and make it less bulky. The insulation is ok…as long as I use two freezer blocks. I use it daily for packing my lunch. I drive for a living. We've only used this cooler once to transport some frozen goods, and packed with ice and freezer packs, it kept everything just about completely frozen over the course of a few hours. My only issue is with the strap. This cooler can hold a lot of weight; the strap and plastic clips seems pretty cheap and I could easily see these failing after a few uses. Also, the strap and shoulder pad are prone to slipping off my shoulder when walking around. May start to look for a 3rd party option for comfort and durability before that time comes. ... show more

It’s a big lunch box to carry around but it’s the most durable one that I have ever had. The only drawback is the zipper can stick sometimes so we need some improvement on this setup because it was a problem on my previous one too.
