    • Works well, but not the easiest assembly
I used this bracket to mount a WeBoost antenna on an RV roof rack. It performs great, but clamping the thing down definitely requires two hands. I found this rather difficult because I was also hanging on to the ladder on the back of the RV.

    • Adjustability is a bonus
Purchased this to mount on the roof rack cross bar of a 2010 Nissan Pathfinder. I have previously purchased 2 magnetic mounts but neither met the needs. Not wanting damage vehicle integrity (drilling), let with only a few other options. The RS-660U works. Due to the width of the cross bars, the fit is not perfectly flush but the mount is tight when bolted down. This mount allowed me to mount the FIRESTIK coaxial cable mount without having to remove it each time I wanted to take the antenna down (magnetic mounts require I work the cables into tight places, take down was challenging).     • Does the job nicely
I purchased this product to mount a Diamond 2m/70cm antenna onto the roof rack of a 2019 Subaru Forester. I normally install my antenna on the front of my vehicles, but with Subaru's new EyeSight safety cameras, I figured the antenna swaying at the hood of my car would interfere with the cameras. So I chose this mount to install onto the cross bars on the roof rack. The mount is solid and the nmo base on the antenna fits nicely into the hole at the top of the mount. The brackets on the mount are just large enough to mount onto the wide cross bars on the Forester. In all, I am pleased with this mount.     • Works great on a 2010 Outback Roof rack
Fit my roof rack like a glove, and it fit my PL259 to NMO mount exceptionally well. Definitely the best roof rack mount I have used. The rubber rail โ€œprotectorโ€ they included will disintegrate almost immediately, but decent electrical tape will do just as good of a job. Additionally, the adjustment fittings seem to be holding up very well. Once in awhile I have to lay the antenna down parallel with the roof for the occasional parking garage, and I have had no issues with corrosion (I reside in upstate NY, winter will be the true test). ... show more

    • Fits most any roof rack rail
Worked just as advertised, multiple length screws allow for many large side rails on the roof rack. You do need to supply the antenna connection, SO239 or similar but I had one that fit without modification. Replaced a lip mount that could not be mounted past 1/2 up the hatch door. I bought this when I was in a pinch before a camping trip. The part came quickly and worked awesome! Its a great alternative if you don't want to have to drill and bolt a CB mount to your vehicle. My antenna is โ…ž wave 26-30mhz President Texas. The clamp could be scaled up say 20% to be perfect.
