I bought these cookies for both the expected classic flavor of the "tried & true" recipe for the almost bite-size delectable butter cookies from the bakeries of Royal Dansk in Denmark, but also for the very low pricing of the product which is obviously worth a much higher price-point. The low pricing of this selection allows for an incredible value of this long-cherished food product made in Denmark. I can recall my mother buying these cookies in their trademark metal tins for many years, and it was hard to resist pilfering one or two..or a handful of these buttery-flavored cookies whenever my mother had them out enjoying them as one of her favorite 'after-meal snacks'! It wasn't long before I 'got bit' by the buttery flavor 'bug' and the crumbly texture!😋 I highly recommend this food product selection especially while it is being offered at the current 'low price' of just under $5! I'm not a cookie person. I don't really appreciate chocolate chip cookies, even. (I know this makes me a freak.) I do appreciate a good sugar cookie and a good butter cookie and this cookie canister contains both. The sugar cookies are un-iced, which is better for my health, and there are a surprising number of cookies in this container (short stacks of 4 in 5 (or maybe 4) different recipes, but for a total of 20 cookies). The only bad thing to say about this can of cookies is that there is only are only 2 stacks of butter cookies (8 in all). Still, each of the five recipes is tasty in its own way. I keep ordering them, so I must like them. They're the only cookies I eat and the price is exceptionally low.
