Nice quality for the low price. Sturdy legs and manufactured wood looks good with no blemishes. The table fits very nicely between my U shaped couch. Assembly took an hour but was not difficult. I highly recommend using a cordless drill to screw the hinges and lift braces on, just make sure the torque is not set too high (so you don't over-tighten) and start each screw slowly. You can fine tune the tightness of the screws manually but you will want a battery powered drill to get them started and in without damaging anything. Sits high enough to vacuum under, perfect height for most couches that sit a bit low, high enough for any couch. I was a little concerned it would look cheap, it looks great and does not look cheap. As other reviewers have noted, when you use the lift arm, it feels a bit flimsy on the way up but once it is in top position, it feels very solid. When it closes, it is pretty smooth.     • Leg broke off after less than 3 months of light use

Update: after 2.5 months one of the legs completely broke off. We don’t have kids or pets so this table isn’t getting heavy use so I’m not sure why the leg would just break off like that. We scooted it a few inches and bam, leg broke off. Cheap. I only gave it 4 instead of 5 because it is a hard to put together. You will pinch your fingers on the outer edging. The final lid piece is almost impossible to put on without help. And the hardware for part of the lid that lifts up is difficult to install (I had to remove the pump part and reinstall it). The final product looks great though the lid halves are not flush. ... show more
