Hello, I need to return the item in order to cancel the subscription. the item is not working, works poorly most of the time thinks that my dog is in California or other address that have never been, I paid the subscription for 6 months in order to activate it and test it thinking that would works but I realized that is not working at all and for safety reasons i need to cancel which is not an easy option with paypal which is a third party and was charged with regular card not paypal. The item was used 3 times, I gave time to set the gps but never was correct. I need to eliminate the subscription immediately in order for NOT to be charged any more for this item. I need to be referred to paypal as a cancelation from your item. I already paid for 6 months. Please I need to return this item and be eliminated the subscription from PayPal.

Okay, I’m giving this review my honest opinion based on how this worked for me. It might be different for you. I saw all the good reviews and couldn’t afford to pay an arm and a leg for some of the other live trackers. Pros: Good price for the tracker and the subscription every month. The tracker is held onto the collar by tacks that you use a magnet to hook to. Kinda handy if you really think about it. It also comes with a collar, if you can’t afford one. Cons: The tracker was working somewhat ok when I bought it, I went to visit another state and my dog was still home, and it never updated her location, no matter how many times I had tried. The app tells you that you have to use PayPal in order to start a subscription, everything is in Chinese, so it really feels like a bit of a scam. No matter how many times I tried to update my pets profile to start, it would always end up blank. It doesn’t actually allow you to set the profile picture and all of the emergency contact information. When you try to track your pet, sometimes it will tell you that your profile doesn’t exist. It’s super frustrating. I just ended up having to exit out of the app a bunch of times and closing it or having to keep clicking my dogs profile until it finally loaded. There were times where I would try and track my dog and it would say she was either in New York or in California, I live in WA state so not sure how she’d get there so fast lol. So moral of the story, it didn’t work for me, other people have said they had a different experience. I just caved and spent the money and went for a Tractive collar that I am much happier with!

So this review is kind of a partial one, so my stars are based on the product itself, some of the App., and its potential. Other reviews talk about the service itself at length, so I'd check those out also. The tracker itself is of nice quality, as is the collar. I like the design and especially the magnets used to attach it on the collar is kind of neat, and the magnets are really, really strong and I did test this with my dog wearing it and running around, and it did not move or come off. I downloaded the app, and it appears to be working well and is pretty easy to navigate. Now this is advertised with a monthly sub, and that's fine. Any decent GPS tracker is going to charge so I wasn't caught off guard or anything. What I was surprised at is that there is no way to test this out for free, or even a 24-hour free trial at least. This appears to be a new company; the app had no reviews on the Play Store at the time of this review, so I will be honest, I wasn't comfortable paying for a month up front with no clue how well the service is or even how long the company has been or will be in business. I understand this is a personal thing, hence the 4 stars I am giving for the physical product quality itself. I really like the tracker and collar, so down the road, I will certainly check on more reviews of the service, and hopefully, they will offer a brief free trial in the future, as I feel that will definitely help a newer company out in the long run. Hopefully, after these things, I can update the review at a later date.

I haven't been able to use them beacuse they won't charge ( I bought 2). I had it charging for hours (almost an entire day) but everytime I stopped charging, the red light would blink. I had made a report and the sellers said they would contact their engineer and give me an answer as soon as possible. I am still waiting for that answer. I was hoping to use it especially during the holidays for both dogs, but it turned out to be a disappointment. :(
